FAQ
Be sure to talk to a lender first and get a pre approval letter. This way you know what EVERYTHING looks like financially for you. You don't want to loose an offer because you do not have an approval letter.
Be sure you talk with a Realtor that you feel comfortable with. Someone who you can communicate with, has your best interests in mind and will go above and beyond for you from start to finish. You may not know what to ask when interviewing Realtors so I will give you a few tips
1) Ask about the local market, what is the avg. price & list to sell ratio
2) What is their marketing plan ?
3) What will it look like step by step working for you
4) What company tools do they have to help with the sale of your home
5) How will they help you get your house ready to go on the market, staging? cleaning ? professional photos ? Digital marketing ? Etc
6) How will they come up with a asking price ?
7) How will they handle objectives that will come up.
8) What communication plan do they have set up so you are involved every step of the way.
I HOPE THIS HELPS !
Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Estate Sales, Bank Owned Properties and Short Sales.
I recently helped a newer investor buy their second investment property. It was a joy to help them find a good deal with a return of investment. Currently they are remodeling and getting it ready for a buy and hold investment. I look forward to helping them find a great tenant !
I started in Real Estate in 2014. I got into real estate because I wanted to be able to be in control on my future and help others in a way where I could make a difference. Real estate was the answer and plus I get to look at houses all day at the tip of my fingertips !! They say if you find something you love you will never feel like your working. I have found that in real estate and I just love what I do every day.
I complete education courses each year to keep me up to speed with the current marketing and real estate industry. I have attended special coaching training's and am currently in a coaching program. I also have the knowledge and support being on a real estate team. We get to work with on average 200 families and individuals each year either buying or selling. With the knowledge and experiences we learn everyday from our everyday practices will help me guide you to success whether you are buying or selling your home.
