ZillowVERIFIED Liz is a true professional. She was there to guide us every step of the way. Her knowledge and contacts in the local market are second to none. The market is tricky right now and you need a Realtor that has good judgement and local experience. The process was smooth and felt like it just meant to be the whole time easing the stress of the process. She also set us up with a great buyers agent out of state. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I personally know Liz now for 7 years. The house that I built in Aspen was 100% custom home. From nuts to bolts to fittings to appliances, everything was handpicked. The house was built with lot of love and care. When I decided to sell, I thought of assessing the market and in fact brought in and spoke to few other realtors to see if they actually understood the house and the area that I live in. It didnt surprise me when other realtors low balled me and then few other realtors actually gave me a price which was not comparable to the area. Regardless, I always knew that Liz will be my go to realtor. More than a realtor, I knew Liz as a good friend. She is someone I can seek real estate advice from and I really respect her opinions given her scale of experience. I might be little off with the dates here but I spoke to Liz in second week of April. The pictures were taken a week after and the house went up on market on 4/21/2023. The house is an open design concept with lot of natural air. The pictures which were taken were impeccable. Terrific ones. I have fair experience with getting houses on market as a seller and having seen shabby jobs with pictures in the past, these pictures which were taken are unbeatable in terms of quality and aesthetics! The showings that began on 4/21 never stopped until 4/28 and then we had an offer. This is where Liz really did a tremendous job at negotiating and explaining the buyers and even in fact formidably explaining why the price and for what reasons. This is Lizs biggest strength. From the initial taking the property to the market all the way till closing, Liz was there to answer my questions and queries. She worked with the buyers agents and got our questions answered promptly. Her support staff, Katie was prompt to respond and she made sure that everything was well organised. The house was under contract in a week and the house was closed within 40 days approximately. This is what I expected from Liz. And she went above and beyond. Lizs knowledge of New Market, especially Lake Linganore is next to none. To get the asking price without any counters and executing the same all throughout is an arduous process and Lizs several years of experience helped us with selling of this house. Thanks Liz!

ZillowVERIFIED Liz was absolutely spectacular during our search for a lot on which to build our home. She was flexible and dependable and proved to have a wealth of knowledge, especially related to the area around Lake Linganore, where we ended up building. Liz was warm yet professional, and truly treated us like a close friend or family member, including our young daughter. She guided us through the process every step of the way, even providing feedback when we asked her thoughts on our floorplan and design! She helped through settlement and building, and is still available whenever we have random questions. We couldnt recommend her more!

ZillowVERIFIED I know pwrsonally and have worked with quite a few real estate agents over the years, and Liz is the absolute best agent in Lake Linganore, New Market, and even Frederick county, hands down. Impeccable morals, helpful, caring, fantastic negotiator. She may not have the long history that others have of living in the area for decades, but she cares about her clients (not the money) and knows just as much as they do (if not more). I can't say enough great things about her.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Liz for our re-location to the Frederick, MD area. Moving from Chicago with two small kids was no easy task, but Liz and her team actually made the finding, buying, and closing on our home in MD easy, simple, and straight forward. Liz knows the area so well, she was able to guide us to finding our dream home, one we always pictured raising our family in; we are still waiting for our movers to arrive and it already feels like home! Not only that, but as an employee of the real estate industry myself, I know all the small details (literally 100s!) that are needed to complete a transaction and felt so at ease because of Lizs and her assistants attention to detail and extensive experience. I completely trusted their guidance the whole time and our family could not be happier with the result. I highly suggest working with Liz and her team for any real estate needs you need! Cannot recommend enough!

She exudes professionalism, her years of experience and real estate knowledge is evident, and her integrity was especially appreciated. We'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a no pressure, knowledgeable and first rate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Liz is a delightful person, a highly professional and very experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional. From our first interview to closing she manged the process and the buyers agent with our needs in mind and did so while maintaining excellent relationships with all parties. She advised us on how to make the property desirable for the open house and prepared materials that put the house and property in the best possible light. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about a home purchase or sale without qualification.

ZillowVERIFIED This review is my way of thanking Liz for the excellent job she did in selling our house. I don't know if there will be enough characters in this review to capture all the praise Liz deserves. My wife and I were very nervous about the process of selling and buying a home based on our last experience. However, Liz came in and gave us excellent advice on how to sell our house. Her knowledge of the market made sure we didn't low ball ourselves and give away our house and made the sale process easy and painless. Not only did you sell our house in 5 days, Liz got us the best case scenario in terms of asking price :). I have no doubt that Liz's expert knowledge of the area and wonderful way with people made that sale possible. Then came the hard process, helping us find our dream house. Liz was patient with us throughout the entire process. Liz showed us countless houses, talked to us about multiple scenarios and made herself available whenever we needed her. The two things that I'll always remember from this process are as follows: One, how comforting she were when we missed our "dream house". When she called to tell my wife and I the bad news, she sounded as disappointed as us. This made me feel like we were more than just a commission to Liz. Second, when we were getting ready to settle on a house (not our dream house) Liz told us not to and she'd be willing to show us as many houses as we needed to see to find our dream house. This helped us realize that we shouldn't rush into anything and just be patient. Thanks to Liz's expert advice and connections within the real estate community, our dreams came true. Liz found us our dream house :)

We chose Liz as our realtor based on other reviews highlighting her knowledge, experience, and most importantly her patience and expertise in dealing with her clients. Liz was extremely kind and patient throughout the whole process with both transactions and this was critical to ensuring our satisfaction and sanity. Her negotiation skills were also paramount to enabling us to get the best possible deal in both areas. I would recommend Liz without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a home in the New Market area. In our travels to the area one sign, one name kept coming up.... Liz Burrow. We had interviewed 3 other agents but ultimately went with Liz as our Buyer Agent. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very responsive, flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling. She helped us sign on a home within 3-4 weeks of meeting her. But it was her knowledge of the area and her expertise in new home sales that really helped us feel confident about our decision.

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we contacted Liz, we knew she would be the right person to help us sell our home. Liz brought with her a great deal of knowledge about our market and was even able to make finding a buyer easy! One of the most important aspects for us was not having to rent before our new home was finished. Liz ensured this goal was met and we were able to stay in our home till our new one was done. She was a delight to work with and we would tell anyone we know to sue her services in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Liz was FABULOUS! From our very first meeting I felt as though she was full of incredibly useful information, and knew the area that we where looking to build in very well. She worked with our builder, and helped provided us information on what we should and shouldn't do in our future house. At the end of the day her advice was right on point. Our house appraised for more than what we paid for it and we didn't have to bridge any appraisal gaps. She saved us time, headaches, and lots of money. Can't wait to use her again in the future!
