ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I decided to return to the US after living in Spain for several years, and we had also decided to move to Oregon instead of our hometown in California, we knew we would need a realtor we could rely on to handle our sight-unseen home buying odyssey. I stumbled upon Liz and was instantly drawn to her because she, like me, had spend time living in Europe with the military and knows what it is like to move to a new place you have never been. Liz is the best. Seriously. We fell in love with several homes, but Liz was always 100% honest, whether the home had problems or we had unrealistic expectations. She was not going to allow us to buy a property that wasnt up to snuff, no matter what. Because of the volatile market, we finally chose to go with a new-built home that would take several months to close. Liz stayed with us every step of the way. She attended the inspections for us because we are still in Spain, and met my husband for the orientations when he travelled for closing. The home is now ours (!!!!!) and Liz is still a great resource for help. Who else would do this? I cant say enough good things, and I dont know if my review is helpful. I just know that I will go to Liz and Bill in the future for any real estate needs I may have. You really cant go wrong!

ZillowVERIFIED Everything that could go amiss, did, and Liz was 1000% supportive. She not only kept her calm with a rude agent representative of the buyers, but she grabbed missing mail for my moms probate that fell through the cracks and also held on to a cupboard of missed items when in the chaos of moving was was over looked. When I had to find a estate seller to move 45 years of 3 generations of "stuff", she did. Everyone she reaches out to has her ethics, morals and sense of family. In our stress, she was fresh and fun, and we never felt like we were "just business". She is the sister I always wished for. She is honest, dedicated, down to earth, realistic, helpful, empathic, supportive and even after the sale, continues to check in. THIS IS the one you want selling a property, or searching for the perfect new home. We can not sing her praises loud or long enough. As second generation Americans, who real estate transactions seem foreign to cultural habits, she is the perfect fit for the Rom and grasps culture difference. That was a God send.

ZillowVERIFIED Liz was wonderful from the very start! When my boyfriend and I decided it was time to start looking for our first home, we called up liz and she was able to squeeze us in the very next day! She was very understanding with trying to show us houses that fit all of our needs in the budget we had set and even more understanding when our minds kept changing on what we thought we wanted. She was also very flexible, being that my boyfriend and I were usually only available to see homes after 7 in the evening. We put offers on a couple homes, and when we were rejected she kept our spirits high and helped us keep looking until we found the perfect one (and we looked at tons of homes)! And I am glad to say that we regret nothing and absolutely love our new home and wouldn't change anything during the process. If we ever end up on the market again or have friends or family who are looking for a home, she is the only realtor/broker I would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Liz by chance by contacting Zillow about a listed house and within six weeks she showed me several houses, helped me decide on what kind of offer to make on the most amazing one, represented me well with the sellers, and then helped me close on the house. Six weeks. Liz is knowledgable, smart, funny, engaging, responsive, thorough, intelligent, and a pleasure to drive around with. The sellers told me after the deal was done that it was a toss up between my offer and a similar offer and that Liz's personal touches--she had me write a letter about what I loved about the house and send a photo so that the sellers could see who would be inhabiting their beloved home--had made all the difference. And not only that--Liz held a vision for what kind of a house I could feel really at home in. On the first day we met I gave her a sketch and description of my ideal home and she found me one that was even better! This lady knows what she's doing and I highly recommend that you let her assist you in finding your new home. She's a gem.
