ZillowVERIFIED Livia came highly recommended from our realtor in Boston (where we live). We were very nervous about the process of buying a home 2 hours away but Livia was amazing to work with. She is super knowledgeable about the area and it was pretty evident she was one of the best in town (most listing agents recognized her just by her first name) and were more open with us after we let them know who our agent was. She came with a ton of recommendations based on our requirements. For example, she had great recommendations on which areas would be great for short term rentals vs long term rentals. What properties would require work vs not. Shes also very well connected with contractors and other service providers. On days when we couldnt travel from Boston, she would check out the property / FaceTime and tell us if it was worth driving down. The whole process was super smooth. She is fantastic!!! Highly recommend her.

I am SO very happy I did. My house had an offer within the first day or two after it hit the market, and with considerable negotiation skills, Livia had the offer price up to a very nice number. There were some bumps along the way with the transaction due to issues on the buyers end, but Livia was able to keep the sale together up to the closing. She even ran around for last minutes documents while the buyers were at the closing. In the end I am very happy with my decision to work with Freitas Realtors. She will most definitely be my go-to agent in the future!
