Lita was incredible from the time we got preapproved until we closed on our dream house! As first time home buyers we needed help and Lita lead us through every step and answered every question. If you are a first time home buyer or even looking for your next house or forever home we highly recommend Lita Graef at Clear Choices Enterprise. Lita is the best!!

Lita is amazing! She went above and beyond for my family to help us find a home. She made sure we understood the process. I've always been cautious when dealing with realtors, but Lita and her colleagues restored my faith. They are upfront about any fees and treat you like one of their own.

Lita is amazing. She helped me sell my house quickly with absolutely no hassle. She got me top dollar for it. She was available for all my questions and worries. She went above and beyond any of my expectations. She is currently assisting Sherry and I in the process of buying our new home. She has been so patient with us and very easygoing. We are looking for a home that is a little bit of a distance from her office. She never complains about the time we are taking or the distance she is traveling. She is wonderful. I couldn?t of ask for a better person to assist us in such a big life event.

Lita was fantastic. Informative and knowledgeable about the home buying process. Very quick to respond and set up a showing. She was familiar and knowledgeable about the area of several different properties that we explored. She was able to find us the perfect investment property and I will be using her for any future real estate needs
