Check. Locking in any paperwork and making it easy for me? Done. The thing that Steve does best in my opinion is price. Buyer or seller, doesnt matter, Steve has years of real estate, construction, and plumbing experience and he will get you to the right price or find a new listing with you, no pressure ever. Also dont forget to ask Steve about his referrals. I have literally saved thousands on everything from home/auto bundles to renovation costs from Steves excellent referrals- it says a lot about an agent when they surround themselves with quality.I should also mention that Steve helped with the sale of my girlfriends parents house and they are very happy as well.
