Phillip Harford has been our family's Agent for some time now. He has done a phenomenal job in helping us facilitate the acquisition of over 5 properties, and 8 buildings! Honestly, some of these purchases Phil has help us with were a-typical, and very time consuming. I couldn't have asked for an agent to put in the amount of effort in as he has, considering how demanding these deals can be. With The Harford Team, you are really getting an all-encompassing dedicated experience from start to finish. For instance; a couple of the deals we had been working on took over a year to solidify, and bring to fruition. It was just really a great experience knowing that you have someone willing to be patient enough, and get you through any unforeseen inconveniences that happen when dealing with larger scale purchases. Also, besides the purchasing of properties aspect, the real value for me has come from Phils experience with all of his connections from networking with appropriate residential and commercial lenders, insurance agents with mix use properties, detailed access of information on the property you are looking to acquire, getting an accurate appraisal weather residential or commercial, and even being able to get you in touch with companies that can maintain the properties after purchasing.
