Jennifer Bregar is an awesome 5-Star Realtor. I was fortunate to have met her when I was purchasing a home in Vacaville, California. We had a great rapport from the start and we have remained friends. I decided to sell that same home and I am so happy I was able to work with Jen again.A I purchased my home 4 years ago during a Sellers market and I just sold that home in a Buyers market. Those can be the most challenging times to buy and sell a house. Jennifer is the absolute best Realtor to handle these kinds of challenges. By no fault of ours, this transaction produced so many obstacles that spanned over a seven month period from new PG&E electrical and gas guidelines that needed to be met, to necessary permits for work done, clients backing out of the purchase 5 days before closing, a revolving door of contractors in and out and poor market conditions, just to name a few. I have had a multitude of stories and challenges with this sale and Jennifer was phenomenal in helping me every step of the way. A I do not live in the area, which complicated things even more. In my absence, Jennifer stepped in and went way above and beyond her average Realtor responsibilities, working with inspectors, contractors, handymen, utility company reps, permit requirements and so much more. I trusted Jennifer so much that I gave her full authority to make all necessary decisions on my behalf. She was always there to stand in for me with all the aforementioned challenges, protecting my best interests every step of the way. Most other Realtors would not have done half the work Jennifer did for me on this sale. Jennifer worked so hard to resolve so many obstacles and she always kept me in the loop, effectively communicating every challenge, every step to overcome those challenges and then executing those steps. Whether there were issues that needed to be dealt with at the earliest hours of the morning or late hours at night, Jennifer was always right there doing whatever needed to be done.A I could go on and on and on about what wonderful things Jennifer has done to help me in very competitive seller's and buyer's markets.
