I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have had with a realtor. Not only was she dishonest in her knowledge of the market in the area, she misrepresented her experience as a sellers agent. She made empty promises saying she would do everything in her power to sell my home. Instead she ended up marketing herself at open houses, marketing consisted of Facebook directing people to her personal website where my home was difficult to find. She refused to take calls during the day making text necessary. When she did reply she would address only parts and not answer direct questions. This resulted in me having to ask these questions again. And again as they were important. In response she composed a text saying my texts were making it difficult to do her job and was done so in a very unprofessional rude manner. She caused my family a lot of stress and wasted valuable time. In the end she demanded we drop our listing price 75k or she would walk. She was fired instead.
