Evangeline Espiritu had gone above and beyond to make sure we get our dream home. Even in this crazy market, as a first time home buyer she made sure she provided me with all the information I needed and gave us feedbacks and her input in each houses. We were first-time homebuyers with truly little knowledge about how to find the right place and we were so fortunate to found Tita Evangeline. As our Realtor, she helped us find our dream house in the right neighborhood. We were looking for our 2nd Home to invest a new property and we decided to stick with Evangelina Espiritu . We decided to reach out to her again since she did a great job with our first house purchase. She is very knowledgeable with the different locations we were looking for with all the criteria's we wanted . We are really comfortable talking to her and she guides us through the buying process from start to finish. We finally closed the deal even though i know how hard it is doing a purchase during the Covid season .This is quite impressive!
