Steve is a very easy and friendly guy to work with. I went through 2 realators before i met Steve. Steve was more realisting in the value/ pricing of a home then others. Meaning this is december of 2022. And homes are not going for 3 times as much as a year and a half ago. Especially with interest rates at an all time high there are less homes fore sale than last year. So if your wanting to sell your home fast and dont want any b/s. I would highly reccomend STEVE!
