It's a little things like reminding you to talk to the neighbors or check out the paperwork at Town Hall that can uncover problems or things that could help you. When she was selling with my houses she helped me stage it in a way that ended up bringing in an extra 15% over what I thought the house was worth based on another realtor. That knowledge is invaluable to someone. She has so much knowledge of the industry and she has so much knowledge of how to make sure she protects her clients I felt safe with her. She cares so much about her clients and making sure they get the best deal. It's like having a best friend going through this process!

ZillowVERIFIED Lise was a great help with buying my first home. I did not rush into my purchase. If I was going to be spending close to 250k it was going to be on exactly what I wanted. I actually was in the market for over 6 months waiting to find the perfect home. She told me it was nearly impossible to find exactly what I was looking for and I should not get my hopes up. With all the homes we looked at and I turned down she still stuck with me through the months of searching. When it did come time to put offers in on homes her responses were almost immediate. She was also a great help in the negotiation process and helped me purchase my home for less than I originally offered.

ZillowVERIFIED I am writing this review as i have worked with Lise on buying our FIRST home. I called Lise one day and asked her how to start this process. She quickly had me pre qualified with her lender Marleen Paquette (also wonderful) and we started looking in the area that we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about things such as a roof, or a sewer or gas vs oil for the heating. All these things that we really had no idea about. When we wanted to look at a house i emailed or called her and she called me back with a time to see the house. I personally want to thank you Lise for all that you have done. WE ended up getting the home that we wanted from the start. Lise has taught me to have patience and to never settle!!!! I will refer Lise as a friend and a realtor!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very happy with Lise, especially in two areas:1st, I wasn't sure where I wanted to buy, just that I wanted to be on a lake. Other realtors didn't seem to like that idea, they just wanted to show me to the properties near them. Lise and I drove all over Southern NH looking for a spot after she set me up with a nice wide area search that popped up anything that could be a candidate.2nd, Since I had never lived on a lake, Lise helped out a lot by helping me to think about the things I hadn't thought as much about yet. (Southern exposure is a big deal for sunlight, the size of the lake matters more than you think, etc.)

She handled all transactions and resolved sticking points along the way in a fast and efficient manner. I am a pretty selective buyer and so Lise spent many months going through homes. I would guess close to the 50 or more range before finding exactly what I wanted. She stayed with me through it all and continues to stay in touch with nice Birthday cards and Christmas cards even after 7 years.
