Upon our initial meeting, I immediately felt comfortable and she really eased my mind about the home buying process. Lisa quickly connected me with an amazing lender who helped me figure out my financial position in buying a home. She would follow up with me day and night to see when I was available to look at houses or to see if I had any questions about any of the houses as well. Once I found the home that I liked she kept in constant contact with the sellers realtor to make sure things on their end were on schedule. We had some issues with the sellers contractor and Lisa jumped in and made sure that they met deadlines she even went by the house and noticed that while they were painting the kitchen it didn't match so she personally bought some paint asked me what color i liked and had them repaint the entire kitchen so it would match from top to bottom. So if you want a realtor that is going to make sure you are taken care of Lisa is that realtor.

Great real estate agent coming from both my wife and I and here is why. For our first time buying a home we had no idea what to expect.The first agent we decided to go to happened to be Lisa (she was actually the last one left at the office since everyone else was already gone) she still took her time and broke everything down for us so that we could understand the process and provided us with useful advice. Apart from that she really get involved in the choice and point out stuff that we would not think about as first time buyers for example: " my wife being pregnant, is it better to get a 2 stories or a 1 story ? just little details like those but very important. Our first attempt she was able to get us an excellent deal, it did not work out because of my financial status at the time. That's when my wife and I realized that lisa was actually an excellent agent having seen what a "not so good agent" looks like. We definitely went back to Lisa and again she got us a another good deal and we closed. She always displays honesty and will be there to help. I already recommended her to most of my potential buyers friend and still recommend her.

I will preface this by saying I am naturally assertive and very particular; the kind of buyer any realtor would only kindly describe as an acquired taste (admittedly).We agreed on the profile that was of interest, and naturally I was unwilling to compromise on either parameter. Lisa routinely provided lists upon lists of viable prospects and ultimately we found one that fit the bill, to our mutual relief.Fortunately for the both of us I came prepared and, if I have at least one virtue, I was decisive. The journey lasted only 5 weeks from application to close and we shared a celebratory meal and vowed to do it again (I hope).Lisa's professionalism and knowledge of the DFW market was pivotal in the search process, and her ability to network with her peers was innately beneficial. Finding a home that meets all criteria (proximity to work/schools/shopping/freeway/amenities, age, esthetics/curb appeal, condition, upgrades, neighborhood, size, functional elements, cost etc.) is a tall order for any realtor.
