Lisa Williams

REALTOR, CDPE

Dealing in all aspects of home buying and sales, from new construction to the foreclosure market, I pride myself in my ability as a "matchmaker"- as I am able to work with buyers and sellers to bring them to the next phase of their life- whether it being a gorgeous custom built home, the fixer-upper of a lifetime, or assisting with foreclosure avoidance or loan modifications due to hardships.

I bring with me an intense passion to help others with integrity and do not take my fiduciary duties lightly. You will not find an agent that will work more diligently with an assertive marketing plan to help sell your house, nor will you find an agent more committed to getting you into the home of your dreams. You will never feel like another number to me or my team. Actually, it is my personal goal for all of my clients to feel like they are my only client!

Nothing is more gratifying to me than the feeling I get from helping people meet their real estate needs. You can count on me to always do what's in your best interest. I pride myself on being honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in the real estate market. I know how important it is to find your dream home or get the best offer for your property. Therefore, I will make it my responsibility to help you achieve those goals.
