ZillowVERIFIED As soon as I walked in to look at the house. I was looked at up and down, I was dressed nice appropriately to see a house, but she made me feel unwelcome. Told me to just look around instead of walking me through the house and talking to me like I've noticed other realtors/landlords would do. She ran out to her car 3 times as if she was uninterested and wanted me to leave. I set up an appt. For my Fiance to go look at the house the next day it was only up for a day and she wouldn't return his calls. Finally got back to me saying someone elses application was accepted. We didn't even have a chance to put ours in and we both have amazing credit. You shouldn't judge someone by their appearance. Never again...

She showed me how to stage my house so that it appeared larger by removing a few pieces of furniture. She also encouraged me to list my house in a couple of weeks because it was the peak selling season, and there was low inventory. Listening to what Lisa advised paid off big. My house sold in one open house for the full asking price. I always found Lisa very knowledgeable, responsive, sincere, and hardworking throughout the entire process. Specifically, our first home was a large newer house with many beautiful features but it was located on a not-so-great lot. It had a very steep driveway and very little yard space. We had to sell in the summer as the driveway would be too much of a deterrent in the winter. She did an amazing job pricing the house and positioning it on the market. She took beautiful pictures and promoted it well, our listing received a lot of traffic! Then she literally sought out buyers and worked her magic to help close the deal. ZillowVERIFIED Lisa went WAY above and beyond for us. We found a house that we fell in love with, but unfortunately there were offers in that were more than we could offer. We were upset, but Lisa continued to research and find properties that would fit what we wanted in a home AND in our price range (which was tough!) Two weeks later, the house that we loved went back on the market. Lisa had been watching closely and called us immediately. She gave us guidance on making an offer- well, our offer was accepted- and it was better than what we had initially planned. Over the next 2 months, Lisa kept us informed about what was going on (it was a foreclosure, so there was a LOT of back and forth). The bank was replacing the septic, and it was Lisa, not the selling agent, that stayed on top of the contractors doing the work. She also gave us guidance in many other ways (homeowner's ins, mortgage, attorney, etc). We are planning to rent out our condo and she put us in contact with someone looking to rent in our area (she could have gotten a commission from this, but put us in contact with each other directly, to save us the money) Now we have successfully closed, and she continues to be in touch to help us find contractors for various projects we have happening around the house. I would recommend her to anyone. I'm sure we will go through her when we sell our condo in a year or so.
