ZillowVERIFIED We moved down to Texas from across the country and from the very first communication we had with Lisa in regards to looking for a home she was extremely responsive, attentive and not to mention down right welcoming. She helped us along the way even though we had very little knowledge of the areas we were looking at AND we were 5 states away. If it wasnt for her patience I am not sure if we would be in our lovely home today. If I ever had a question she was right there to answer it, updates from her were never delayed in the home building process and she certainly gave us a sense of trust and security. Even after we closed on our house she still checked in on us to make sure we were doin ok and offered her help if we needed it. Thank you Lisa Sam, Ang & Family

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is amazing! We knew we found our realtor from the moment she reached out to us not even a minute after requesting info on an online property. She was so easy to talk to -felt like we knew her for years. She was very patient with our questions and very informative. She knows the Spring Branch/Canyon Lake area extremely well! Lisa was always on time for our showings and sent us numerous listings daily. Once we found our dream home she explained the process in detail and moved documents along quickly staying on top of timelines. We cant recommend Lisa enough if youre looking for your dream. Lisa loves to help people find their dream and it shows!

ZillowVERIFIED Simply the best realtor a person buying a home could wish for. For over a year we kept in contact with Lisa and she always kept in touch with us as we finally moved forward to buy a home. Lisa was always accessible, always text messaged us with updates and returned our questions immediately. I do believe our home buying experience was as pleasant as it was due to Lisa and her untiring efforts to get us the place we truly wanted. In the future I will only call on Lisa Gafford.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Lisa Gafford for your incredible professionalism, friendly attitude and incredible knowledge you bring to the Realitor realm; but beyond that, the unique ability you carry through not just the sale - the warmth to stabilizing a solid transition into the new home, proving a sense of humor along the way and always being positive when there are challenging moments throughout the process. You are a friend in Realitors clothing! Thank you Lisa. Very fortunate to have you as my Realitor and would hands down recommend you without a doubt.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is your gal if you're in the market for a new house or looking to sell. She was great to work with when I bought my new house, including dealings with our builder and his realtor on our behalf. Service with a smile before and after the sale!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is a very good realtor. She helped us in every way to get us the house we wanted. She was able to deal with the seller's realtor on our behalf so everyone that was involved was happy. I would not hesitate to give her a call again if I was in the market to purchase another house.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is great! Ive already recommended her to other friends looking for property in the area. She was super helpful, very pleasant and friendly, and really helped support me through the whole process, helping to guide me through the steps and coordinate with the bank and the title company. I had the additional challenge of being overseas while going through this process and Lisa helped to ensure that it all went smoothly. She was great and I highly recommend her.
