Tidwell Review Lisa Tidwell and the Tidwell Team executed an outstanding and excellent plan helping us to sale our Homestead and move us forward. Upon the death of our patriarch in February 2024, an eighty-four year legacy will close also. As all things on this earth, end dates will be made apparent and known. It was our time and turn now. Tidwell Realty was chosen to help with our real estate needs due to observing one of their sale signs one block above our Homestead. The family agreed if Tidwell was showing this location, if we went with Tidwell, then they would have competing locations that should improve our opportunity for swift sale. We called and scheduled a meeting with Lisa. Our meeting was concise, specific to our needs, thoroughly reviewed, and discussed openly. But most important, our meeting was genuine and honest. In doing so, it was the Tidwell professionalism, integrity, and empathy, which confirmed unanimously, our family sign on with them. The Tidwell Team developed the plan, and then worked the staging, listing, and communication plan. The property was listed on a Wednesday, and shown through Saturday. We confirmed a sale agreement on the following Monday, four days after listing. With the swift sale, new complications were in front of us. The Tidwell Team stood for us and negotiated a fair contract that would allow sale and a one month cushion to transition a cleanout and clean up of our Homestead. The Tidwell Team always put us, the customer first before moving on any actionable items, while always maintaining integrity. As our family met an end of era milestone, the exceptional work done by the Tidwell Realty Team, allowed us to proceed cordially and without issues. Therefore, we recommend you choose Tidwell Realty for your real estate needs. Thank you Tidwell Team. The Charles A. Bigi Family.

Lisa help me finally get a great deal on a home. I was looking for a bargain fixer upper and I got a great deal due to her negotiating skills. She got it for the exact amount I wanted to pay for the property. I can't recommend her enough. Even with the market being on the crazy side she still got me a great deal!

We had an older home with many problems. Lisa and her organization worked tirelessly to get it in shape and saleable. Her enthusiasm and expertise was what sold the house. I can not say enough about how happy I am to have chosen Lisa and company to sell my house. I highly recommend Lisa Tidwell. Gary Tracey

The best decision that I made while trying to sell my home was to sign on with Tidwell Realty. I was with another realtor that didn't care how long my house was on the market. The previous realtor that I was with was often hard to reach with any questions and Tidwell has a "Team" waiting to assist you. The other realtor also had my house on the market for the entire summer and no sale. Tidwell had it under contract within 1 month during the slow season!GO WITH LISA AND TEAM TIDWELL

The process of buying our house was extremely smooth. We really appreciate all the help the Tidwell's offered. We are first time home buyers, so it was difficult to trust a realtor; but we instilled a great relationship with the staff and Realtors from the very beginning.

I like to share my experience with Tidwell Realty. Back in 2015, my family and I have been going through struggling times. We had to let go of everything we owned, even our house. We first went to Pevarnik Real Estate. They came and told us they would be in touch with us. Weeks and weeks passed by, we started to wonder if they had forgotten us, which they did. We then decided since we were in Greensburg we would go to Tidwell Realty for our house. Our family walked in and spoke with Lisa Tidwell, she was so nice and caring. She came out to our house to walk around and to see what she can do to help us sale our house. We had to list it as a short sale and Tidwell Realty was absolutely phenomenal and professional at what they do, which is real estate. Brenda got right to the point with our mortgage company/bank by taking care of all the communications. Our house was sold in a matter of a short time. Lisa helped us look for a quick place for us to live while the closing on our house was processing. The Tidwell Team is truly caring and helped us when nobody else would. We are very thankful for them everyday and couldnt imagine where we would be without their help. Thank You so very much.

My brother, sister, and I were co-executors of our mother's home. We all live far away, but after contacting 3 different agents, we were most impressed with Tidwell. After meeting with Lisa, the Tidwell firm took everything into their own hands. The house was sold within several months of listing it and for more than the asking price! I have never worked with a more professional and action-oriented group of people. Because they work as a team, each person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you Tidwell!

The entire Tidwell team at Tidwell realty was a superstar in the selling of my home. From start to finish, their positive energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm set the tone. Within days of putting my home on the market multiple offers came in and Lisa negotiated and followed through every step of the way. The Tidwell teams knowledge of the market is superior to other realtors i interviewed, Further Lisa definitely had my interest in mind. Tidwell realty also embraces the latest technology to stay on top of the game in this field and that is critical. Truthfully, after sitting down with Lisa just once I knew I was in great hands and just felt like i could trust her and the Tidwell team with the task at hand.Thank you Tidwell Realty !!!

Worst experience ever as a real estate buyer working with Tidwell. Tidwell also represented the Seller in this transaction. What should have been a simple cash transaction turned into a fumble of errors on Tidwells side. I was very clear that I wanted to use my own title company and attorney. They used their own title company to complete the title work before final acceptance was agreed upon as their had been many issues that came with the property. They further had the title work originally completed in the wrong name. They then asked if I would just agree to use the work since it was already completed. I then got all the documents for closing the evening before closing and noticed their charges were much higher than had I used the title company I requested. Tidwell then refused to reduce any of the charges after the several errors. Their were other errors through out the processes that made me uneasy. Be aware of admin charges from Tidwell and unwillingness to follow directions. I will never purchase property from them again and will not recommend them to anyone who asks. I purchased multiple properties in one month from different realtors, with Tidwell being the far worst experience of them all.
