ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the entire home-buying process. She was always quick to answer our questions, never made us feel rushed, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Buying a home can be stressful, but Lisa made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and were so grateful for all the time, effort, and care she put into helping us find our home. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor and would recommend Lisa in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED You truly won't find a more hard working and passionate realtor. Lisa not only was able to help us buy our new home in a multiple offer situation with a lower offer, but also sold our current home with 8 offers over asking. She takes what her clients want and need and goes above and beyond making sure it happens. We could not recommend her more!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is by far the best realtor myself and my family has ever used! She has sold 2-3 houses for us, the last one selling on DAY ONE of listing over listing price! She has also helped us buy 2-3 houses and property. I will NEVER use a realtor that isnt her. She knows exactly how to have the house looking, with staging of the house for free. If needed, she recommends highly skilled people/companies to get any work on the house done that needs completed before listing, everything from flooring, roofing, siding, you name it. She is one of the most down to earth people I know, and she has kept in contact with myself and my family since selling our first house. I couldnt recommend a better realtor. No one works as hard as she does.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa helped me sell my Massillon home for $531,000 ($46k over my asking price). She worked tirelessly, listing Thursday and securing a deal that 1st weekend. Her pro photographer (took amazing pics) and stager (main floor popped) really helped to showcase my home. Id recommend her for her dedication, negotiation skills and follow-through. She stayed on top of all the integral parts from listing through closing. The whole process went extremely well. Thanks, Lisa!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is a winner! Right away she gave us a complete understanding of selling a house in this market. She had a very impressive package, on how she planned on showing our house. With staging, drone coverage and a great video showing all of the property. She also kept us up to date on the showings and responses from buying clients. We excepted an offer in five days. At top price. We will highly recommend her for selling or buying any property.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I had tried to sell a small house we had rented for a while. All we got we low offers and what amounted to possible scams. We met with Lisa and explained what we wanted to have done. Sold "as Is" and with no involvement on our part. In just a few weeks, the property was sold and at a fair price. Lisa communicated with us and always responded with us quickly, even as we struggled with some of the online paperwork we had to sign. We would recommend her highly!

ZillowVERIFIED I went with Lisa to sell our condo after our positive experience working with an associate of hers to buy our new house. She made everything so easy for us, from setting up the listing with furniture staging and photography, including a drone-view video that emphasized the beauty of the surrounding area. The first weekend after listing, we sold the unit for above list price.

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and found Lisa off reviews and I am so happy we did. Jen showed us whatever houses we wanted and pointed out things we wouldn?t of noticed. We had a tight schedule with our work schedules and she was super flexible and made sure we still saw whatever we wanted to see. She is great!! We loved her! Unfortunately our lender was not that communicative so we reallly appreciated all the knowledge Lisa has and she explains it all to you so you never feel in the dark! Also, she gets things done fast. The team really made our home buying experience and idk what we would have done without those two. We had bumps along the way just with the house we picked nothing on their end and I believe we ultimately got the house because of their abilities! I would 1000% recommend using them.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa and her team are dedicated, knowledgeable and motivated. Our home was under contract in less than a week! Every aspect of selling our home was done with attention to detail and professionalism. The listing was well worded, the photos were bright and displayed our home perfectly. Lisa handled everything for us and went out of her way to explain the process at length. We always felt involved and informed. The staging of the home took things to the next level by creating a welcoming environment for anyone wanting to envision what it would mean to "be home". (Thank you Jen!) The entire process could not have been any easier.

ZillowVERIFIED When working with Lisa it feels as if you are her only client. She makes time to explain what is happening and why it's happening. It was comforting to let her take control of the negotiations with the seller knowing that, from her proven experience and competence in this field, we would be getting the best deal we could get. Within just a few hours she had come up with a creative offer that we wouldn't have ever considered and helped us land our dream home. She has a great understanding of the local market and what buyers and sellers are looking for so she can match you up not only with the right piece of real estate but also the right deal.
