ZillowVERIFIEDI started working with Lisa two years ago. I am in NJ and was looking to buy a home in the South. In the last couple of years I had journeyed to South Carolina, Georgia and Florida looking for a place that felt like home. One of the places I journeyed to was Amelia Island. I liked the aura of this place, its quaintness and the welcoming spirit of the people. In March of 2023 I decided to live in Amelia Island for a couple of months and joined the YMCA and the bike club in order to meet the folks in this community. While I was experiencing the people and the beauty of Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach, I started working with Lisa on buying potential real estate. Needless to say, I finally settled on purchasing new home construction at Amelia Walk ? a few miles from Amelia Island. I am retired and have worked in an executive position while employed in the corporate world. I have managed many people. I have to say that as a professional and a human, Lisa?s knowledge, behavior and empathy is beyond exemplary. She is authentic and always shows up for her customers. Because she is focused intensely in every way with meeting the needs of her customers, she will always exceed in what she does. And new construction is a stressful experience and Lisa and I learned a lot which I will never forget. Lisa was supportive and helpful the whole way. Her support did not end after closing as she has continued to help me in many ways with my home as I am still in New Jersey. I will never forget this gift of kindness and her welcoming to the state of Florida. Lisa ? I thank you so much for your real estate knowledge, your honesty, support and willingness to go the extra mile as time is so precious to each one of us but you willingly gift it to other people. And because of your generosity you will always succeed in what you do.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was amazing! We moved from out of state and had no clue about the Yulee/Fernandina Beach area. She helped us focus in on a few areas that were ideal for us and then found us our perfect home! If you are relocating/moving to this area, do yourself a favor and contact Lisa!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe really enjoyed working with Lisa when purchasing our new home. Lisa worked hard to try to understand our preferences in order to help us find the perfect home. When visiting houses Lisa gave us space to view the home and then asked what we thought- rather than telling us what she thought. We appreciated this style, as I think she was trying to learn our preferences and not influence them. She did point out any particular issues she found. Negotiations went smoothly despite finding a few items that needed to be addressed with the seller. Lisa was on top of the process, checking in with us and searching for answers to our questions. We highly recommend Lisa!
ZillowVERIFIEDExtremely helpful and dedicated. Lisa helped me find the perfect home. She is very reliable and knowledgeable and was there for every step in the process. As this was my first home purchase I found her to be honest with every discussion that had to be made. At the same time she was able to walk me through each step to make sure I had a clear understanding. Couldn?t be any happier with my new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with seeking a home in the Fernandina Beach area was wonderful. Each time we reached out to Lisa she made herself available, she listened to our needs, our timeframe, and met each expectation. Each time we needed documents put together, Lisa was diligent in putting together the offers, counter offers, and closing paperwork with ease. We are thankful we were able to make this move with Lisas expertise as our realtor. More realtors should be like her!
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa is responsive, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband and I were very pleased with our home buying experience. We will be recommending Lisa to friends who are thinking about buying their home.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I are first time homebuyers so this whole experience is new. Lisa has been such a big help. She has shown us houses on very short notice and we both really appreciate her. Shes very professional but she also feels like a very close friend. She has never pressured us in any way. If youre looking for a realtor shes the one you want!!
ZillowVERIFIEDMiss Stewart is a great realtor, she made the whole process so smooth and easy. I had never expected having the best person on our side would make all the difference for buying a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa is amazing. Super quick responses. Knew the area and all the surrounding counties for property searches. Easily identified issues with older homes. Good negotiating skills. Understood my needs and goals in finding a new home. Always explains the process of all transactions thoroughly.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa represented me as the seller in a highly professional manner throughout the realty process. She was energetic and extremely personable from the moment I walked into the office and cared about making the selling process the best it could be for the customer. This was the first house I sold and she navigated me through the process smoothly and efficiently. She quickly pursued answers to any questions that arose during the selling process. While I as the seller was geographically separated from the area (military), Lisa went above and beyond in helping to coordinate any necessary items with the property to ensure we presented the best product to the buyers. It was evident throughout the process that Lisa was in touch with the local market. I would gladly recommend Lisa to anyone selling their property, she clearly cares about providing you the best realty experience and representing you and your property in the best possible light.
