We used the painter she suggested as well as the stager and they were both just as amazing as Lisa. After living in our home for 24 years and raising our two children, a lot of emotions came up which could have caused problems. ZillowVERIFIEDMy family had a truly wonderful experience with Lisa. Our toddler came with us on every visit and she had fallen in love with him by our second outing together. She actually kept an eye on him to allow us to really explore each property. Her critical questions the first outing gave us the impression she may be a pushy realtor. But this couldn't be farther from the truth. The reality is that she was just trying to figure out what we are looking for so she could suggest certain properties for us. We're picky picky picky and we never felt pressured by Lisa for a second. The home we ultimately chose we had bypassed online a few times and she urged us to at least look. She was very right. The last thing I want to mention is that she will not hold back her opinion of what is a reality in the negotiation process. She also will not hold back if she needs to go to battle on your behalf. Her boxer taught her how to bite if she needs to.

We went from not finding a house we wanted to tour, then suddenly to going to an open house, placing an offer, offer accepted, then switching lenders while under contract all within three days.
