Review Lisa is a wonderful agent. Her and I worked together for 8 months off and on looking for my first home. We completed multiple offers and finally found the perfect house in the area I wanted. Lisa helped me write a competitive offer but unfortunately the seller received a cash offer I could not compete with. Long story short - the seller fell out of escrow and Lisa was able to get my offer accepted before the house was relisted. Truly a competitive agent in a hot market. I would recommend her to anyone especially if they want someone who is willing to help you get the right house in a crazy market.

Though it took over 5+ years to finally locate and purchase my absolute over-the-moon dream house, Lisa stuck with me, through thick and thin, always patient and always professional, never wavering in her assurances that the home I was searching for would actually appear on the market and that I would eventually prevail in its purchase. Lisa set-up real estate email listing updates that arrived daily (which I poured over religiously) and whenever I saw something that was even a remote possibility, she would go out of her way to arrange a showing. Lisa encouraged and facilitated loan pre-approval so that if/when the right house appeared, wed be ready at a moments notice. Though there were many times when I preferred to initially check-out a listing alone (do a drive-by to screen for location, ambient noise, neighborhood vibe, curb appeal &/or attend an open house) Lisa always followed-up and never felt threatened professionally. I never felt rushed, pushed or pressured in any way, and I always knew that Lisa had my best interests in mind. The few times that Lisa felt out of her comfort zone, she did not hesitate to reach-out elsewhere to gain the necessary knowledge &/or expertise.Over the years of house-hunting, several houses seemed (at the time) to be the right one. Lisa assisted in making the requisite offers & counter-offers, always resourceful and knowledgeable in the best approach to increase the chances of success. For reasons having nothing to do with Lisa, several purchase attempts failed over the years, but she never lost hope -- always remaining upbeat and never once suggesting (as others certainly did!) that my search was unrealistic and/or that I needed to lower/alter my dream house expectations.Over the years, its become really obvious how seriously Lisa takes her real estate responsibilities.
