ReviewLisa was incredibly helpful throughout the process of purchasing our home in Northport. The sellers werent exactly easy to work with and Lisa made sure everything stayed on track. We were out of town Thanksgiving week. On Thanksgiving day, Lisa drove from Traverse City to Northport to measure out our appliances so that we could buy new ones on Black Friday. Now thats service.

Review Lisa was the best we could have ever hoped for. She was always on top of everything and would react to our wishes before we would even voice them. She was knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, honest, and transparent. We felt safe in her care and deftly sold our house despite all the obstacles in our way; finding the perfect buyer in record time.

Review Lisa represented both the seller and the buyer (us). In hind sight we should have had a different realtor to represent us.We ended up purchasing property and after the closing I would have thought that there would have been some support or guidance such as: do you need any recommendations on builders, etc.

Review Lisa, showed my wife and myself three houses. We met her for the first time at the beginning of our lake house hunting journey, ie. house number 1. Lisa was always ready to show us a house, even on very short notice. This quick action was important during a time of exceptionally low inventory - a true seller's market. As it turned out, the third house was the charm. Since we were out of the area when the third house went on the market, Lisa provided a thorough Zoom showing for us. She was also able to quickly cover all the bases necessary to complete the buying process in the short time required. As our buyer's agent, Lisa was loyal, competent, professional and efficient. We enjoyed working with her.

Review Lisa was an incredible agent to work with. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about her area and the needs of our family. We could not have asked for a better agent when looking to buy, especially in an unknown area. She helped us make a realistic offer we were comfortable with, and communicated with everyone in our buying process well. I will be recommending her to anyone I know who is buying a house in this area!

Review Lisa helped my wife and I buy our house while we lived in Texas. She made the experience easy and helped us during a super crazy time when homes were selling like hot cakes and we could barely get in for a showing. She had excellent knowledge of the area and helped us identify good and bad deals. She is very honest and did not rush us at all, even though we had to look at a ton of homes over almost a two month period. She demonstrated extreme patience and professionalism throughout the whole process.10/10 would recommend her as an agent and I will use her in the future if we buy another property in the area.

Review Lisa is amazing to work with. Her dedication to her clients whether buying or selling is incredible. I originally worked with her when I bought my first home in 2017 and was kept informed about everything that I needed to do at each stage. This year I decided to sell that home and Lisa was once again awesome to work with. She kept me informed of all correspondence with the buyer's agent and let me know what I needed to do at each step. If you are looking for an excellent agent for either buying or selling, Lisa is always at the top of my list.

Review Very pleasant to work with, great communication skills. We felt quite happy with our experience with Lisa and would use her again! Lisa was available early mornings as well as late evenings when we had time-sensitive issues to resolve. Since we were selling one home and buying another about 200 miles away we felt we were being taken care of by Lisa, especially when we we living in temporary quarters and extremely busy and stressed. When a second water test was required by our lender after the well/septic test for the county was completed Lisa drove a great deal in order to collect the sample herself and send it out for testing. At no time did she lose her cool or her smile, even when we were losing ours! Very grateful!!

Review Lisa is by far the most skillful real estate agent we have used. Her work ethic, property knowledge and service to us as clients was outstanding. Our home languished on the multi listing until Lisa took over. After analyzing everything she could pertaining to our property, she corrected the price and broadened our exposure. Four days later . . . . sold!!

Then she worked very closely with me all the way through the buying process for my first home. Review Lisa was wonderful! Super responsive on every email, text and phone call from me. Answered all of my questions. And was very understanding of my situation. I always felt as though Lisa was looking out for me and my daughter; she understood exactly what I was looking for and had our best interests at heart. When asked, she gave her honest opinion of places we looked at and offers that I made. She pointed out good things and bad things that a first-time home buyer (like me) wouldn't normally have paid any attention to. Super patient with me and all of my questions, and working around our crazy schedules. Fantastic realtor! Caring and warm human being. Thanks Lisa!

Review We had contacted Lisa last year to help us find a home in the Traverse City area. Given that we live in Ann Arbor, Lisa always cleared her schedule for times when we were able to visit Traverse City. Lisa showed and re-showed us numerous homes covering a great deal of territory. Lisa was a perfect fit for us in that she is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient, and most importantly for us, never pushy. When we were not in Traverse City, Lisa always kept us up-to-date with the current listings and was always responsive to our e-mail and phone questions. We cannot recommend Lisa more highly and would certainly choose her to help us with real estate needs in the future should the need arise.

Review Lisa was absolutely amazing! As a single father with little time left in my day after work and my children, Lisa made the home searching and buying process so much easier and pleasurable than I could've imagined. Lisa was on top of my every request and responded in more than a timely fashion. Lisa is a straight shooter that can get you what you are looking for. Bar-none. In the end, Lisa found my family a screaming deal on a great home in the area I wanted. And further more, Lisa was there for us after the sale, making us feel welcomed. If you want a realtor with knowledge of Leelanau County, and who takes great care of their customers, make sure you give Lisa a call. Thank you for all you've done Lisa!Chayce Bowers
