ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I moved to the DFW area after leaving Virginia when we finished serving in the Navy. We didnt know the area at all and had just accepted jobs in the metroplex, so we assumed renting would be our only option and that buying a home was out of reach. Lisa was recommended to me to help us find a rental, but she quickly helped us realize that owning a home might actually be possible. From the very beginning she was our biggest advocate, and guided us through the process with ease! Somehow she worked her magic and found us a wonderful, affordable home off-marketaEUR"something we never would have found on our own. The monthly cost ended up being less than what we would have paid to rent, and instead of renting we now have a home and an asset to pass on to our kids. Before working with Lisa, we had briefly spoken with another realtor friend who was trying to push us toward a new build in an area we didnt want to live in. It felt like everything we said we wanted was being overlooked. Working with Lisa was the complete opposite. She truly listened to us. She took every phone call, answered every text, and patiently handled all of my random questions along the way. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and exciting. The process took over a year, but we finally found what we wanted - an old house with lots of trees and personality!
