I had a client who called me (from a referral) and told me exactly where they wanted to live and the price they could afford. I was not familiar with the area so I did some research and talked to fellow realtors there for ideas. In one weekend, first home they viewed, made an offer & put a contract on that home. And got engaged! What a weekend!
