The Rios walked through the property with me, which was not in the best condition and we discussed the current condition and a realistic price to list the property which was based on their sales knowledge of the area and current market. Living out of CA and finding someone that I could trust and rely on was important to me, I found that with Rick and Lisa. They checked on the property, kept abreast of the repairs done, Gardner and so much more! The house sold super quick, due to their marketing skills and professional sales techniques. They directed me through the sales from start to finish and kept me calm when dealing with the WORST title company in the world!! Lisa stepped in and made the final closing process bearable and actually handled duties of the title company so that we could get the sale done, close and fund. ZillowVERIFIED I came across a listing for a nut farm so I contacted the listing agent, Rick and Lisa. I have very little prior experience with farming but they explained a lot to me. After few visits to the property and meetings with them and the seller, I decided to make an offer for the property and the whole transaction was handled flawlessly. What I like to emphasize is that this couple works like a super charged team. Promptly answers emails/phones 7 days a week, signing docs on weekend a-okay too, and tirelessly works out all the issues between me and the seller. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Realty Exec's because I wanted to sell my house in Clovis and, quite frankly, I wanted it sold in a hurry. It had been a rental for seven years and I was tired of being a landlord. Lisa called me back and we arranged to meet. I should add that I lived in LA and couldn't keep going back and forth from LA to Clovis so I needed agent(s) that were willing to do some of the leg work. Well, we listed my house on Monday and the following Monday we were in escrow with a buyer who offered $10K above the asking price. Rick and Lisa were both helpful....we had a lot to do together....and less than 2 months later the transaction was closed. Excellent job!
