FAQ
Start with clarity—know your goals, your must-haves, and your financial comfort zone before touring homes. Get pre-approved early to strengthen your negotiating position, and be prepared to move quickly when the right home appears. Trust your agent to guide you, protect you, and help you understand market trends, inspection results, and contract timelines. Most importantly, stay focused on long-term value rather than short-term emotion.
Preparation is everything. Ensure your home is clean, staged, and photographed beautifully so it stands out the moment it hits the market. Price strategically—based on data, not emotion—to attract strong interest and competing offers. Be flexible with showings and responsive to feedback. Partner with an agent who understands marketing, negotiation, and presentation, and who can position your home to achieve maximum exposure and maximum value.
Lisa has helped a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, military families, investors, second-home buyers, luxury clients, vacation-rental owners, and those navigating relocations between states. She also works closely with sellers preparing for life transitions, property owners seeking to maximize investment returns, and clients needing guidance on short-term rentals, renovations, and creative financing options.
A recent favorite involved helping a family secure their dream coastal home after months of low inventory and competitive offers. Lisa guided them through every hurdle—from identifying off-market opportunities to navigating inspections and negotiations with clarity and confidence. The transaction closed smoothly, and the family is now fully settled, enjoying their new home and community. Moments like these—where persistence, strategy, and teamwork pay off—are the heart of why Lisa loves what she does.
Lisa began her real estate career in Myrtle Beach, where she quickly discovered her passion for helping people make confident, informed decisions about one of life’s biggest investments. Her natural strengths in communication, design, negotiation, and problem-solving translated seamlessly into real estate. Over the years, her business expanded into multiple markets, including luxury, investment, vacation rentals, and commercial projects. What started as a career quickly became a calling—to serve, educate, and empower clients and agents across the Southeast.
