ZillowVERIFIED I hired Lisa based on a friend's recommendation. Although I grew up in South Lyon, I hadn't lived there for many years and needed to sell my Mother's house. I needed a realtor that I could trust since the we, as the owners we're out-of state. Lisa went above and beyond my expectations. She gave us prompt feedback after each showing, looked out for the house that was unoccupied, and made the closing easy even when we couldn't be present for the closing. She made what could have been a very difficult situation easy and best of all sold the house in record time. I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED After checking with a few other realtors in the area, I initially chose Lisa to handle my sale because of her reputation, her grasp of the market conditions, and her easy going style. She turned out to be great to work with, and helped smooth the speed bumps along the way.The listing package that she put together for my aEURoeaverageaEUR? property was excellent! Her photos, her signage, and description of the property were typical of higher-end homes, and brought in a constant flow of potential buyers. I had serious offers within a week, and accepted one close to my expectations shortly afterwards.Lisa was able to help keep my stress level to a minimum as I dealt with the myriad aspects of packing, moving, and getting my property ready. She went the extra mile all through the process, and I would gladly recommend her services!

She was very honest about everything and was able to point out some things that we might not have caught, given her construction background. She was always flexible with meeting times to work around our schedules and kept on top of everything to keep us informed of progress throughout the process. Definitely recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa helped us out on our recent relocation with our recent relocation from Indiana and we couldn't have been more impressed. House hunting from 300 miles away presents some challenges, but she always worked things out. Her network of contacts in the area was very useful to us as we submitted our offer and the subsequent inspections, repairs, all the way through closing. If we purchase another home, Lisa will be one of our first phone calls.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa had sold my daughter and son-in-laws home the year before we were ready to sell, so came highly recommended. We were more than happy with the write up for our listing and the description of the area. Her insight as to staging the house and showings were excellent. She is very friendly and easy to work with, but very professional too. If you are looking for a realtor that will work with and for you and make the experience a positive one, this is the realtor I would recommend. Given the opportunity, we would use Lisa again.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa Prochazka has helped me sell a house in Farmington Hills and Buy a House in Brighton when my life was in a disserray of Divorce. She helped with pricing advice, negotiating advice and just plain honesty and integrity. She was most knowledeagle of all aspects of the sale and purchase and I would recommend her highly. I was so impressed Lisa's knowledge and professionalism that when I was in need of a realator to sell my brothers house after his tragic death that I recommended Lisa for the job. Lisa did not let me down. She showed up at my brothers house the same day that I contacted her. She performed comps, drew up the paperwork, took pictures and had her sign in the front yard that day. Wow that was such a relief to see a sign in the yard that day. That was on a Sunday. The house was listed on-line Monday and we had showings and offers that week. Lisa was most helpful at two very difficult and emotional times of my life, and I would recommend her again and again. Thank you very much for your help and understanding Lisa. Sincerly Len Cole.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is an outstanding real estate agent! I have worked with her on two transactions - to purchase my home in Brighton, MI and also to sell vacant land in Brighton, MI. When I was looking to purchase a home, Lisa was diligent in providing listings to me that fit my criteria. She was always available to show me whatever listings that interested me, providing input when asked, and going above and beyond with her background in construction giving her the one up on her competitors. She was never pushy, and was very patient as we went from one home to another looking for my ideal home. When it came time to write an offer, she excelled at following up and working with the seller to mediate our transaction with very with little stress to me. She provided insight from the other side, which was something I didn't consider, but found very helpful in the negotiation process. Once my offer was accepted, she worked with me and my lender to secure financing. I felt I had a friend throughout my process, as Lisa had the great combo of professionalism and courtesy that made my home buying experience quite pleasant. All in all, Lisa went above and beyond my expectations and I strongly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa helped us buy the house we dreamed of - and when I say helped, I mean she worked HARD! She agreeably went all over Southeastern Michigan with us, laughing with us when we looked at places that were, uh, less than awesome, and admiring the many wonderful homes we found. She's now helping us sell our former house, and is doing a phenomenal job getting it in front of potential buyers. Incredibly knowledgeable, great sense of humor, extremely professional. Always courteous and kind, a great person. We HIGHLY recommend Lisa.

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed with Liza Prochaska from the first day when she brought me a portfolio to me that day. Since I was located in KY, Lisa would make sure the home was locked up after each showing. Negotiations went longer than I wanted; however, this was the buyer's fault and it ended up costing her $500. Lisa worked out all problems that my attorney had with the purchase agreement. Documents were prepared over the internet, fax machine and a visit to the County Seat. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa Prochaska to a friend in selling a home.Sincerely,Donald E TalleyKuttawa, Kentucky

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was amazing and so patient with the ups and downs of purchasing a bank owned home. When the selling bank began playing games, Lisa was right on top of it and kept me sane through the 8 month process. She entertained me by showing me other houses when I began to get frustrated and always managed to redirect me when things got dicey! She was kind considerate and overall wonderful every step of the way! I would highly recommend her! ZillowVERIFIED I relied on Lisa's local knowledge to help me find a home in the South Lyon community. While I have driven through SL on occasion, I was not intimately familiar with the area.Lisa put up with all my whims - condo vs home, in town vs country, purchase vs build.Ultimately I discovered a home for sale by owner. Lisa contacted the owners and was instrumental in closing the deal. She provided much care and information to the owners, who frankly were surprised about the interest in their home. Lisa held their hands while also assisting me in getting the transaction completed. It was a fine line that she handled with aplomb. You would want Lisa on your side and I will be using her services to sell my home.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa Prochazka both sold our home and helped us to purchase another home. Lisa was dymamite with both selling and purchasing. We have redcommended her to all of our friends. In selling our home, she worked very hard. We believe our house sold as quickly as it did (2 weeks) because of Lisa's extensive knowledge of the housing market, her sparkling personality and her very hard work. Because of her experience, closing of our home was very quick and smooth. We purchased a very inexpensive home ( not liveable) Her commission was very minimal and yet we think she worked harder to help us purchase the right home. She would let us know when a house came on the market that met our criterea, She happily showed us a number of homes, and she was always excited for us, even though her commission was so small. Lisa loves what she does. It's obvious she finds joy in helping people find a home, no matter the price. Along with the purchase of the home, there was much work we needed to do to make it liveable. She new people we could call for both finding a mortgage company who would work with us, she was able to give us information for each area we needed help with.We would have had great difficulty with the purchase and making the house liveable if it hadn't been for Lisa. Thanks Lisa. You'll be hearing from our friends when they sell their homes.Jill and Steve Harris

ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky to have a coworker recommend Lisa to us. She met with us in the beginning and went through in detail the process of looking for and buying a house, answering all of our questions. She seemed from the beginning to enjoy her job and was excited to help us find a home and did not rush us in the process. Lisa did not pressure us once we found properties that we were interested in but did help us navigate the bidding process. During our loan approval phase, Lisa was monumental in keeping us informed of where the bank was at in processing our loan, as the bank was not responsive to us. Even after we had an excepted offer and had closed on the home, Lisa continued to help us with utility company information as well as making certain that the previous owner was out of the home as agreed upon at the time of closing Without hesitation we would recommend Lisa to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED I really had a super experience with Lisa Prochazka. I was selling a condo in a 55-and up community. It was on the market with another agent for one year and I was very dissatisfied with his service. I decided to change realtors after the year expired with the other agent and I was thrilled to find Lisa. Lisa listed it exactly as we had discussed and at the price that she felt would bring in buyers. I listed it with her and 2 days later had a showing and received an offer the very next day - which I accepted. The paperwork and closing went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to work with Lisa again if I needed a realtor !!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was the listing agent for a home I saw online. Being a first time home buyer I didn't know how the process worked so I just called Lisa. She met my fiance and I to show us the home that week. That home wasn't the one of us but Lisa eneded up being our buyers agent. She was incredibly helpful and had a keen eye for details (like windows with broken seals). She guided us through our first purchase agreement, and negotiations on a home. Lisa gave us her honest opinion about the home so we wouldn't lose money on inspections and appraisals. Her genuine personality is easy to trust, and she was right, the sellers were asking too much for this climate. Lisa spent many weekends showing us homes which lead to another purchase agreement on a home with several other bids. With her knowledge and experience we offered just the right amount and just moved in to our first home. I would be lying if I said the process was easy but Lisa made it alot less stressful on us. She knew how important it was to us and even returned phone calls on Super Bowl Sunday. She really knows what she is talking about and saved us money and time, without being discouraging. I know that we were too overwhelmed to have done this on our own, so we literally could not have found our home without Lisa. Our buying process presented it's own challenges but Lisa helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for, no sacrafices, for the same price as the first home we made an offer on. I am so grateful that Lisa was the selling agent on the first home we looked at and that she offered us her help. Thanks again Lisa, we hope to have you over soon to see what we have done with the place!~Candace and Jeff
