ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough great things about Lisa Paulette. She went above and beyond to help us sell our house in a short amount of time. Our house was under agreement in three days, when that buyer got cold feet she had it back under agreement in 2 hours. When that buyer backed out she had a third buyer ready And she had our house under P&S in less than 3 weeks! Add to that she helped us find our dream house too. And, This isn't the first time we hired Lisa as our realtor. Fourteen years ago she helped us find and buy the house we just sold. We've also referred her to family members that also found success with Lisa. If you need a realtor who is efficient, responsive, knows her stuff and gets results, then you won't find anyone better than Lisa Paulette!

ZillowVERIFIED "Worked" w/Lisa for a short time when looking for a house. Found a house and contacted her right away - asked her directly for comps and also to submit an offer. She never asked me what I wanted within the house, what options there were etc. The offer from the beginning did not include what I wanted including an incorrect expiration date. From the onset the contract and relationship was a mess. She yells/is very aggressive and directly told me "we are not negotiating" (when I asked her for a few items in the house - bar stools). My response was - who are you working for??! She recommended a inspector who had a completely incorrect inspection report with wrong house information on it, and when I asked her about it - she questioned why it mattered? I requested another inspection and when she was not able or willing to make this happen, I called the Seller's agent directly and got it scheduled. Fired her same day. Only worked with her for 5 days or so, and sadly had to work with another person in her office, who took over the "deal" and all the 2nd person did was push it through and neither one of them EVER worked for me or my best interest. Clearly this agent is a Seller's agent only and interested in $ for herself not a Buyers agent all - BE AWARE. Terrible experience and was directly told by attorney that she was not working for me or my best interest. Many problems with her loyalty, representation, communication, negotiation non-existent and follow up inadequate and no consumer focused. Sadly, would not recommend at all - only posting so others are aware before getting involved. Seek better representative not an unethical person.

We mentioned that we were also preparing to list our home for sale as well but that we were without an agent. Lisa arrived for our initial meeting thoroughly prepared with detailed comps in the area and a well-thought out marketing strategy for our home. We immediately connected with Lisa's positive energy, motivation and no nonsense approach. My husband and I knew right away that Lisa was the realtor for us. We had an accepted offer on our home within 24 hours of listing thanks to Lisa's expertise and marketing. Though we did not end up purchasing the home that we were initially interested in, Lisa has been patient and diligent in supporting our search for the right home for us. She is responsive to any questions and is in close and frequent contact. We really appreciate her honesty, sense of humor, knowledge and drive to get things done. We would recommend Lisa Paulette to anyone and everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa Paulette had my house on the market for 6 months, when there was a showing she never went to a single one. When my husband and I spoke with Lisa before listing our home with her she seemed very hard working and professional. She took great pride in the fact that she could sell homes that were unable to be sold, so we hired her. She had an open house the first weekend our house was on the market, and we were very impressed with her enthusiasm. As time went on we realized that she was not informing the buy or the selling agent that the house was only 1300 square feet and did not have a basement, people were disappointed with the size of the house and the fact that it did not have a basement. We spoke with other people who were selling or had sold their house and all stated that their realtor attended every showing. I sent her an e-mail asking her to attend the showings and also asked her how we could better market our house, she never responded. She never offered to hold another open house or try a different marketing strategy. When the listing of our house expired she did inform us by phone or a courtesy e-mail. I feel that she lost interest when the house did not sell in the first month and totally disregarded our wishes. I would never recommend her to anyone as an agent.
