ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Lisa OConnell over the past 2 years to find a vacation home in the Pinetop AZ area. Lisa has been incredibly patient as we searched for the right home, on the right lot, in the right location and at the right price for us. Lisa lead us to the prefect place and guided us through the whole negotiation and purchase process. Even after the purchase, Lisa has been there for us to help us get the house utilities set up given that we are 200 miles away from the home. I have already recommended Lisa to coworkers and will continue to encourage anyone looking in the White Mountains area to work with Lisa.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for Lisa. She helped us through a roller coaster ride and made herself available whenever I had questions or needed assistance; from early in the morning to late at night. She brought a little bit of levity, a heap of knowledge, a level head and even more sunshine during some frustrating times. I would highly recommend using her for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough about Lisa. She was AMAZING! We were searching for a cabin in the Show Low/Pinetop area while living in Tempe. Lisa kept us up to date on new listings, previewed homes to save us time & travel and was always available to show us properties when we came into town. She took the time and effort for, which ended up being, a six month search. Needless to say she was very patient with us. She was very knowledgeable & informative and strategically advised us through the negotiation process. We truly felt very comfortable working with her. We found the perfect home and couldn't be happier! We would HIGHLY recommend Lisa.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot heap enough praise upon Lisa OConnell for her performance as my real estate agent. She managed tomove my transaction quickly through the process despite multiple attempts from me to make her job more and moredifficult! A few examples:I live on the east coast of the U.S., thus a 3 hour time difference. -- Lisa: No problem.I prefer to communicate over email only. -- Lisa: No problem.I had never visited Pinetop and never seen my property. -- Lisa: No problem. Thus, I could barely answer the most basic questions about my property. -- Lisa: No problem. In addition to dealing with all of those shenanigans, Lisa acted as my advocate multiple times. In one instance, she discovered a vehicle illegally parked on my property, called the sheriff on my behalf, eventually discovered the vehicle owner, and had them remove the vehicle! In another instance, Lisa really smoothed out the process ofgetting plumbing work done for me by communicating directly with the contractor and explaining what needed repair. I am certain that had I tried to communicate the same to the contractor, it would not have ended well given my utter lack of necessary information!Lisa OConnell gets my highest recommendation along with my gratitude for her spectacular work on my property sale. If you need a real estate agent who will represent you with enthusiasm and a Get. It. Done! attitude, you will not find a better agent than Lisa OConnell. -Marc S

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa helped us sell a property in Lakeside, AZ and purchase a property in Show Low, AZ. As we live in Tucson, these transactions required much involvement by Lisa on our behalf. Working with handymen, inspectors, etc., Lisa always went the extra mile. Lisa was very easy to work with, always professional, efficient, and down to earth. We can?t imagine there is a better real estate agent in the White Mountains, and would recommend her without reservation. Go Lisa! Woot woot!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was awesome! Prompt responses to any and all questions, even during holidays, as we began our listing pre-Thanksgiving, and closed pre-New Year. Listing to close of escrow in less than six weeks. Offers and Counter offers were during Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday and she was on top of it all. Couldnt have asked for more, and with the two major holidays it was even more impressive. She also helped us find a trustworthy estate salesperson in Pinetop.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa truly impressed us for our home buying process. She is easily the most responsive agent I have ever dealt with. It became clear during our search for a cabin that Lisa was very dedicated to helping us find exactly what we wanted. She truly went above and beyond. I can only imagine the amount of time and work she put in to help us. It also helps that she shows her kindness and thoughtfulness and asks nothing in return.

She was able to get an appointment with the home inspector for our initial inspection as well as the follow up inspections after the corrections were made. Lisa was great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were first time home buyers and were unsure of how the whole process worked when we met Lisa, so you can imagine we had quite a few questions. Lisa was great, she not only answered every question my wife and I had, but also walked us through the entire process of how everything worked making this experience truly amazing! She took care of everything from speaking to our lender frequently, to ensuring all our documents and paperwork were ready to go on time so the closing would not be delayed. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family looking for a new place!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is simply the best! She stuck with us for two years while we tried to find the best home for our family (and trust me, we are picky!). She took the time from day one to learn about our needs and never bothered us with unwanted solicitations. We never felt pressured, but we also knew that when we found something we were interested in she would be quick to respond (within minutes) and research the property. Once we were locked in a contract she made the process easy and fast. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa! I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat and would always have her represent us!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I requested home/land search services from Lisa in February of 2015. We started out looking for land to build on in the Showlow, Pinetop-Lakeside area, then later decided we could do better by looking for a recently built home with acreage. We had a very detailed set of specifications for the home we were looking for. Lisa began sending us candidate homes by email that satisfied our specs. We made about one trip per month for more than a year from Phoenix to view the homes Lisa set up for our visits. In March of 2016 we found our dream (retirement) home. We are extremely happy with Lisas services and our home in Pinetop. Lisa was very patient, persistent, and always on top of new listings. She knows the area and its people. She is a good listener and knew how to ask the right questions of us to help narrow the search. Lisa was always able to get answers to our questions about candidate homes quickly. Negotiations with the seller for the house we now own were handled very well. The purchasing process went smoothly and closed on schedule.

I particularly appreciated her communication on a daily basis as the sale finalized as I really wanted to be a part of what was happening. An offer was made on my home on a Friday and we closed the following Wednesday! I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone interested in buying or selling, she will make it a positive experience and no doubt will be someone you will want to work with again.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was a perfect fit for us. She was patient in all her dealings, especially since we started out by just looking, since we hadnt sold our own place when the process began. She took time out of her schedule to show us the area and to take us to places that she knew would fit our needs and our budget. She was open and honest in all our meetings. She maintained regular contact with us throughout our home search without being pushy. Both my husband and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property. It was great working with her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa O'Connell was recommended to us by a friend, and I am so happy she was! We live 4 hours away from the area in which we were hoping to purchase a home. Lisa spent numerous hours researching homes and then taking us to see them. She really listened to our criteria and made sure every home we viewed fell within those requirements. No wasted time or trips! Lisa is a great communicator and kept us updated with new listings and more importantly, talked us through every step of the buying process. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with Lisa and her professional service. We have recommended her to friends that are also looking to purchase in the high country. Working with Lisa was a great experience and we consider her a friend that we will keep in touch with.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our cabin on November 12, 2014, through Lisa OConnell. We were up in Show Low, AZ., just looking around after enjoying several rental experiences here. She agreed to meet us and continued with e mails, staying in our price range, meeting with us several more times as we were able to travel back and forth from Phoenix. She showed us probably 30 homes. This lady met us with a smile no matter how much we ran here around as we were looking for our perfect home away from home!! We think very highly of Lisa and have recommended her to neighbors back in Phoenix, who she is currently helping out!! Shes terrific!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was very pleasant and easy going. She spent very long hours showing us house after house with the same awesome attitude from the first to the last house of the day. She always said when we find the right house we would know it and we did. It so happened that the right house had many issues and we were going through a lot of tough decisions after the inspection. We ultimately had to give up on the one we thought was the one... She stuck with us and kept advising we would find a better one, and you know what we did and it worked out for the better and we love the house so much. I can not recommend this woman enough. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a house in the White Mountains and find this woman and make her your realtor....
