ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is not only an amazing agent - she's an amazing person. So knowledgeable, loyal, dedicated & goes above & beyond with her expertise & customer service. Superior service when we sold our house in Vandalia. Only reason for not using her to purchase another home was because we purchased a condo from a friend - no Realtors involved. Would not hesitate to use her again. No wonder she's #1!

ZillowVERIFIED My family was very thankful that Lisa was my aunt's realtor for selling her house. Lisa was compassionate, trustworthy, warm, and went over and beyond for all parts of the sale. We are truly thankful for all Lisa has done to help my aunt. I would 100% recommend Lisa to any buyer or seller. We all feel she is now like family to us.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa recently orchestrated the selling of our home for us; my husband and I wanted to try something different as empty nesters, and she helped make that happen in multiple ways. Not only did she sell our home for us and help us navigate the inevitable bumps of that process, but she also contacted the agent managing our new home and helped smooth that process for us. Lisa went above and beyond in her communications with me, calling me whenever she had important news and texting me regularly for quick, informal updates. We also always felt free to reach out to her at any time. Finally, her years of local experience make her someone who knows the ins and outs of the entire area. She has experienced nearly every type of sale and purchase possible, making her the most important player in the game.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa knows the Vandalia area better than any other realtor. Shes extremely professional and when you hire her, you hire an entire team focused on selling or buying your home. Lisa set us up with another top performance photographer who documented and showcased all the features of our home. When it was time for our listing to aEURoego live,aEUR? it felt like there were numerous buyers waiting to get a showing time. Our home eventually got multiple offers and Lisa ensured our needs were met by those willing to pay the most, which was a far better situation than we could have ever expected. Were extremely grateful to Lisa and her team and I think anyone not giving her the opportunity to work for them would be losing out on the top performing realtor in Ohio.

ZillowVERIFIED There is no way we couldve obtained our new house in this market without Lisa. She has Vandalia in her pocket. We called her about a house that we had put an offer on with another realtor and did not get. She had us a pocket listing in that exact neighborhood on a better house that following week. We got the house and are very happy.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, Lisa is the best. She worked tirelessly 24/7 to find us our dream home. Stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. Even in the late hour. Burning the midnight oil so to speak. We were on a very short timeframe (30 days) to make it all happen. Boy did she ever come through for my family and I. We can not give her enough praise. Her professionalism, friendliness, and hard work is something to be spoken for. If youre in the market, and need a realtor. Lisa is the best for a reason. My family and I highly recommend Lisa.

ZillowVERIFIED I would not let anyone but Lisa Nishwitz help us when it comes to the buying and selling of our home. Lisa handled our home sale and purchase of a condo and also our daughter's first home purchase at the same time. The other agents involved were slackers compared to Lisa. Time and time again, Lisa came to our aid with her immense knowledge and immediate responsiveness to our many questions. There is so much more to buying and selling than getting a contract. It's financing, showings, marketing, inspections, repairs, home warranties, etc. etc. Lisa was so helpful with every last thing. She really goes to bat for her clients and is an all-around awesome person. I highly recommend her. Very professional and knowledgeable!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa helped us sell and buy a home. She is a very friendly and understanding person to work with, spending as much time as needed for everything we asked of her. She provides her opinion when needed and quickly zoned in on what we wanted. Often she would know what we personally would think of a property before we had to tell her. Knew exactly what to say for negotiations and her recommendations were always spot on, so we generally just trusted her to make it happen. Came recommended by a close family member and would highly recommend her for anyone in the area!
