I lived in another state, so I relied on Lisa to handle many of the intricacies of an estate sale. Lisa kept me informed at every step through the process. The photos and the 3D walkthrough images for the listing were phenomenal. Lisa?s knowledge of the local community allowed for the correct listing price. There were 40+ showings in the first weekend which resulted in multiple offers above asking price. Lisa made the unpleasant situation of selling my mom?s home as comfortable as possible. Working with Lisa I experienced the same high level of service and responsiveness that I want in an agent, along with top-notch marketing tools such as a steadycam walkthrough video and great photographs posted to all the major websites and MLS. Lisa was responsive by text and walked us through any difficult situations we encountered. She used up to date technology like e-signing forms to improve process time. We took advantage of her stager and used her suggested list price, and had our home reasonably updated (paint, etc), and we sold in 10 days in the October/November market.
