We are very disappointed. Lisa provided us with wrong information about a property and confirmed it twice. We placed an offer on the house and when we finally found out that the information was wrong (we would have never placed an offer in the first place had we known that fact!), she was not very helpful and eventually it cost us a LOT of money! We are devastated.Especially disappointing is that she doesn't respond and ignores our emails ... It's very obvious that buyers are welcome as long as they buy and help her to earn money. But if there are difficulties, she lets you down.While she always claimed to be willing to find a home for our family, she never really followed up on our problem ... and again ... this cost us a lot of money - and it was partially her fault. We cannot recommend her services.

We were lucky enough to find Lisa through Zillow to help us purchase a home in Carteret county. We were moving from New York. I cannot recommend her enough. She wants you to be happy the day you close. That's her goal. She was happy to take us to whatever house we wanted to see, even after we were having second thoughts on the home we were in contract on already. A lot of realtors won't do that and will make excuses to steer you away so you just to close on the house you are already in contract on, less work for them and sooner pay off. She didn't mind starting over for our benefit. She also will stand up for you and follow through with the other side to make sure everything is done right by you. She was more detailed doing the punch list than I was and pointed out many things that I would not even have noticed. The second person I want to mention is her assistant Lauria. She is great, on top of everything, fast to respond and will never leave you hanging with a question you had. They make a great team and if I buy or sell again I will be using them again for sure. 100% recommend.
