My family is in a terribly unique situation, we had to move due to my son's education demanding he relocate to another school district. ZillowVERIFIED I would like to commend the consummate professionals at Keller Williams Realty for making our home buying experience seamless, Specifically Gwenn Murphy turned what we feared would be a stressful and emotionally fraught experience into something quite wonderful. I selected Gwenn because of her award winning experience and reviews and came to see just how deserved those honors were. Gwenn simply mowed down the bureaucracy surrounding home buying to help us concentrate on picking the right forever house. She came armed not only with a carefully selected set of house options but a savvy understandings of neighborhoods, traffic and parking concerns, and a close attention to our wish list of non negotiable and desired qualities in a home. So carefully curated were her options that we found the house we wanted in one day!! But making the sale was not the end of Gwenn's involvement. She negotiated a better price, she negotiated payment for a long list of needed repairs and lined us up, again seamlessly, with painters, HVAC people, roofers, and general contractors, all with us out of state. She put our concerns to rest about closing from out of state and work tirelessly with the mortgage and title company, a well as the other realtor to make sure we would get our house/ She cut through the red tape but more importantly through our own anxieties. She exudes the confidence of someone who knows her market and her clients' wishes. She has warmth and person-ability but also a very desirable work ethic---she was going to get us the house we wanted at a fair price and nothing much was going to stop her. Mere competence is in rare supply these days and Gwenn goes so much further than that. It may seem cliched to say it but she got us a home, not just a house because she paid enough attention to what we were looking for (we are not so easy to please) and she made it happen.
