If you are considering buying or selling a home, look no further than the Munoz Group. Lisa, Teel, and Helen were absolutely phenomenal to work with from start to finish. It honestly felt like a luxury experience. Their team is so thoughtful, responsive, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. We were first timers so these traits were very important to us. Their team worked like a well oiled machine and we always felt cared for. With their help, we were able to achieve our goal exactly how we set out to from the very first meeting. My wife, Miranda, and I had the great pleasure of working with the Munoz Group this year. Lisa, Teel, Helen and Colby were instrumental in the market analysis, preparation, marketing and ultimately, closing of our house sale in East Austin. From our first interaction with Lisa, we knew she had the expertise to represent and advocate for us. Her experience with East Austin real estate was a particular draw for us and was a significant differentiator versus the other realtors we also met with. When Lisa and Teel first visited our house, we were struck by their attention to detail and readiness to get started! We felt supported all the way from that time through until closing. We had an amazing experience working with Janine She truly went above and beyond for us taking the time to look at houses even at the last minute She was always thorough asking the right questions to sellers and making sure every detail was covered Janine was incredibly attentive to what we wanted in a home She really listened gave honest feedback and even recommended against certain houses she knew wouldnt be the right fit based on our conversations That kind of care meant a lot to us As first time homebuyers we couldnt have asked for a better guide Janine and Helen were both super responsive supportive and patient throughout the entire process They made what could have been stressful feel smooth and exciting Thanks to their hard work and dedication we found our dream home Were beyond grateful for everything they did and we highly highly recommend Janine Shes simply the best

Weve had the pleasure of working with the Munoz Group while first buying a home in Austin six years ago and then again this year to sell our home when life took us away from Austin When you work with an incredible team like the one Lisa has assembled you should feel like you are truly taken care of I cant express enough how much that is the case with Lisa Teel and Helen When we were first time home buyers we interviewed a few realtors before finding Lisa From our initial meeting with her it was clear that she deeply cares about her clients From taking the time to explain the state of the market making sure we knew what we wanted in a home and preparing us for the sellers market of 2019 it was evident that she and her team were the right people to help us Having successfully guided us through the process of finding a home in late 2019 she was the first person we thought of when we knew we were leaving Austin And it was like as if nothing had changed in the 6 years since we worked with her She took the time to understand our needs helped us understand how the market had changed recently all with the same enthusiasm and positivity that we had come to know This time we got the absolute pleasure of working with her and Teel Teel was easily the MVP of our sales process We worked with Lisa and Teel on coming up with a plan for some repairs and improvements to the home We had to leave Austin a few months before all the work could be done so Teel managed all the contractors coming in and out of the house making sure that work was done to a high quality and keeping us informed on any and every problem that couldve come up They gave us peace of mind that the house was being taken care of while we werent able to be there Teels compassion and partnership throughout the sale process was beyond anything we couldve asked for Throughout the sale process Lisa and Teel kept us updated on any changes happening in the market possible competition for our house and letting us know what potential buyers were saying about the home They were always proactive in keeping us informed It never felt like we were alone in the process or that any suggestion we made would fall on deaf ears They made us feel very supported and kept us afloat through a challenging housing market for sellers We would be remiss if we didnt also shout out Helen who made all the paperwork so easy both through the buying and selling processes Keeping track of the many forms obligations and working with lenders and title companies is not something that anyone necessarily thinks about when buyingselling a home Thankfully we had Helen to guide us through those processes to keep us updated and connected with the right people Helen made all the back office work a breeze which is not something one should take lightly While the work is very often unseen it is vital to getting through a close All in all we cant recommend working with the Munoz group any more If youre looking to buy or sell in Austin they should be at the top of your list of realtors to work with
