Review Lisa and Mike sold our home and helped us find our perfect home and close on it under 60 days! When issues came up with the buyers lender delaying closing, Lisa was there to talk me through it and made my husband and I feel like her only clients when we knew she had other closings happening. Review My husband and I worked with Mike and Lisa. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were honest, kind and Mike was so calm and helpful. Buying and selling a home is stressful and I especially loved how calm they were to work with. They went above and beyond to help us and to find out information we needed from the seller. In addition, after the sell was over they have followed up with us several times to make sure thing were going well with us.I highly recommend their company and in fact will let my friends know about them if they are in the market to buy or sell a home. Review Ms Montalvo provided direction and experience towards our first time selling a home. Previously we bought house on our own but wanted to list and sell with the assistance of a knowledgeable realtor and team. Our experience with this process was bumpy with several headaches from potential buyers and their agency brokers. Lessons learned but not fully understood is how I can best put it. This is not a reflection on Lisa. She provided professional leadership and awareness to Seller (me) on all fronts that we faced and provided assistance through her business relationships when warranted. Lisa has the tools of the industry trade to lead a Seller or Buyer in the direction they advise and, or, will illustrate and assist them to their end goal. I will refer her to others when opportunity knocks.

Review Lisa works very hard to help you find what you're looking for and negotiates a fair deal wether buying or selling. We had been trying to sell our home for four years and once we listed it with her she found a buyer in 3 months. The house that we decided to purchase needed some work done in the basement, she was able to negotiate a fair price and assistance that was helpful for us. She is willing to do whatever it takes to get properties bought and sold!

Review After renting for the entirety of my 26 years in the Submarine Service, we finally settled in South Central PA. In 2013 we finally decided to buy our 1st home. We did quite a bit of research on homes and financing, but not so.much on Realtors themselves. As luck would have it, we saw a home we liked and called the listing agent, Lisa Montalvo. Needless to say we were blessed from the get go. As novices to home buying there was so much we missed. But Lisa walked us through every detail, explaining, providing experienced and reputable lenders, inspectors, etc. The home we finally settled on was owned by a seller that was very, very difficult to deal with. We almost gave up. But Lisa convinced us to stick with it. If not for her professionalism, experience, knowledge, and desire to do what's right, we would not be living in our dream home today.
