Lisa was most helpful with advice on where to invest money to over come any potential customer concerns and to get a focus to prep the house quickly for sale, her advice was precise, accurate and professional. Her comps were precise and once we started showings we had an offer the first day. As there were several offers she was able to advice which one was best to meet my requirements.

Lisa knows her stuff and helped me understand everything. She took a lot of her time explaining the ins and outs and always called or answered my calls. Even before I signed her on she came to the house to tell me what was necessary to do to the house and what wasnt. She saved me a lot of $$ and the house sold within a week! She had realistic and skilled advice, got us a deal within a reasonable amount of time, and then kept the deal alive during a hiccup that could have derailed things. Lisa is a hard worker and made sure to keep options open rather than present just on one or two possible deals. She was very communicative and quick in responding and was pleasant to speak to always. Overall we were very pleased with Lisa's work and would recommend her for a residential transaction.
