ZillowVERIFIED Very pleasant to work with, great communication skills. We felt quite happy with our experience with Lisa and would use her again! Lisa was available early mornings as well as late evenings when we had time-sensitive issues to resolve. Since we were selling one home and buying another about 200 miles away we felt we were being taken care of by Lisa, especially when we we living in temporary quarters and extremely busy and stressed. When a second water test was required by our lender after the well/septic test for the county was completed Lisa drove a great deal in order to collect the sample herself and send it out for testing. At no time did she lose her cool or her smile, even when we were losing ours! Very grateful!!
