ZillowVERIFIED We just purchased a home a few weeks ago through Lisa and it really was one of the easiest home purchases I have been through. I can honestly say, Lisa knows this business like the back of her hand. She knows this area like no other I have dealt with before and can tell you where everything is almost exactly. She gave excellent recommendations on which homes she thought we would like and never tried to force us into something we didnt want to see. She made sure we understood the preapproval process and how very important that is to show sellers you can actually afford what you say you can. She gave us the best recommendation on who to use for a mortgage company because they are so meticulous and flawless on their procedures, which is the biggest battle in the buying process, I think. There are so many new mortgage laws since the meltdown years ago, that you get lost very quickly. Luckily, Lisa is on top of these new laws and procedures and was able to navigate us through this jungle of paperwork flawlessly. She answered every question we had with no trouble and provided superior knowledge on every step that needed to be done. She listened to every concern and need and met them with compassion and understanding,. This was by far one of the most streamlined and easiest buying processes I have ever been involved in. Doing business with Lisa was like being around a favorite family member or friend, it was very enjoyable and didnt seem like a business transaction at all.. If you dont buy or sell through Lisa, you are missing out. I highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Lisa a while back for information on a house that was for sale. She seemed more concerned about what I was pre approved for loan wise. Since I had just started the shopping process I had not quite been approved yet. She then rushed me off the phone telling me she would try to touch base with the owner but until I was pre approved she couldnt help me. Never heard back from her. Ended up finding a realtor who is currently helping me in the process of purchasing my first home.
