ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Lisa! She has gone above and beyond for us in SO many ways. We came to Rockport on vacation and decided to stay in the coastal bend area. She assisted in coordinating a sale of one home in the coastal bend, provided an estate sale and pack out referral as there was no way I could handle that from across country. With such limited time to be in the area she was amazing, even went out on mother's day weekend to show us homes! In our contract she put in a home warranty, if you've never had one then that is pure gold. I'd never thought of asking for it in a contract. Immediately after moving in of course things break! That one line in the contract saved us SO much money and stress. I will most definitely use Lisa for our next purchase as well and frequently give out her contact info.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was pleasant and responsive. She knows the area, but we found every listing that we looked at. But the grim fact is that she enabled inexperienced buyers to purchase a home and an hour after closing she mentioned (via text) that the front fenced yard that had she claimed was ours partially belonged to an HOA. To save money she directed us to a recent land survey, which left us with a document that was unclear and with no one to ask questions to. She also asked for us cover the shortfall after the sales agent took half a percentage of the commission, which we did to ensure a smooth process. For this reason, it makes it impossible to recommend.

We wanted to look at a home in the Rockport area and found Lisa who indicated she would show us some places the next day. She filled our day and we looked at a handful of homes. One of the homes was not like the others and would not have made the grade on paper. We saw it. Loved it. Bought it. Lisa knows her market and her effort did not stop at the sale. She put us in touch with a mortgage group, rental management group, as well as a title company and walked us to closing and beyond. I cannot say enough about her abilities and follow through.
