Lisa did a fantastic job helping us to sell our house in Brookfield during the COVID pandemic. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and sensitive to all the challenges faced by sellers and buyers. Her help began with coaching us in getting our house and yard ready to be put on the market - what to put money into (and what not to spend) for the house to be most appealing to buyers. When the house was ready to be listed, she wrote a concise and excellent listing description illustrated with beautiful photos. She showed the house nearly 30 times, and we were able to sell the house at a price substantially above our asking price. When unforeseen events forced our first buyers to withdraw, Lisa quickly re-listed the house and found a buyer to purchase the house at the same price on the same closing schedule! Lisa is an excellent communicator to sellers, buyers, mortgage brokers, and attorneys and her follow-through left nothing to chance. We would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!
