A lifelong resident of Delaware, Lisa's expertise and experience of 34+ years in the Delaware real estate market is extensive. While her primary focus is Sussex County, Lisa serves clients throughout the entire state of Delaware including New Castle & Kent Counties. As a Top Producer throughout her career, clients can be assured that she understands how to successfully navigate through the state and local Real Estate rules and regulations. She can identify and assist in procuring any necessary vendors and services while simultaneously providing knowledge, advice, and negotiating skills to help the process go smoothly. Lisa holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, as well as the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®) certifications. Lisa has been ranked in the Top 1% of realtors nationwide, one of Real Trends 1,000 Best Agents, one of America's Top 100 Agents, and she has also achieved Five Star Professional Status every year since 2019. Lisa was also named Agent of The Year for the State of Delaware & Sussex County in 2023 by RateMyAgent, and Alignable also named her Local Businessperson of the year in 2023, 2024 & 2025. In 2023, Lisa was appointed to the Delaware State Real Estate Commission and became a certified National Association of REALTORS (NAR) mediation officer.
