She brought her children to the showing, began cursing and became confrontational before storming off the property taking the keys with her. She almost made our deal fall apart multiple times and made simple things a huge headache because of her unprofessionalism and attitude. Provided false confirmations of work being completed. Attitude and rudeness in every response and conversation. Fair warning to stay away from any properties with her name on it. If you want to spend extra money on concessions and repairs due to inadequate communication by your realtor, shes the one!

Not everyone who walks through your house is going to love everything about it. It's important to listen to what the feedback is & discuss this with the sellers. Lisa's response to reassure potential buys that we, the sellers, will be fixing any problem. We received multiple offers for our house & they all had different moving parts. Lisa did not have a clear understanding of how negotiate all of the parts. I think we could have sold our house faster if her skills were stronger Response to Lisa's comments: It took me 6+ months to be objective enough to leave a review. Yes we sold our home for a great price!! A deal you advised us NOT to take!! Only thing you said about cat liter was "well yeah you have a cat" water oder?
