ZillowVERIFIEDLisa Marino is the absolute best by far... She goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable in real estate. If she doesn't know the answer; you can bet she'll get it for you ASAP. Not only did she sell our previous home, but she worked with us diligently and tirelessly in finding a new home for our family.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I first met Lisa in 2004 when we were looking for our first home. We didn't have a realtor at the time, but wanted to see one of her listings. We were so glad we did! She helped us buy our first home, so when we were ready for an upgrade, Lisa was the first person we called. She came out within days of me contacting her, did a market analysis, and we listed shortly thereafter. Lisa is honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the market, but about the areas she covers in the local communities as well. When we decided to go with new construction for our second home, Lisa was there every step of the way. She helped us through the many obstacles of building a home, explained what we needed and when we needed it, advised us on what questions to ask contractors, and came out consistently to meet with the builder and check progress. She is a go-getter and knows how to get things done. We couldn't have done it without her, and I highly recommend her services for any of your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa is a wonderful realtor. I lived in California and was having a house built in Massachusetts. Lisa kept me informed on every detail and was just great. I highly recommend Lisa Marino.

ZillowVERIFIEDLisa is awesome. She worked with me and my husband for about 6 months and helped us find our dream home. She works for herself, and she is very knowledgeable about the towns in central MA. She's super responsive via email, phone, text, or whatever is your preference. She's practical and to the point. She got a good feel for what we were looking for and was able to give us very helpful advice (we were first time home buyers and didn't always know what we were looking at!). She walked us through the ins and outs of every step of the process when we decided to make an offer on what is now our new home. She also knew how to play hardball with the banks and other brokers/agents when necessary. Overall our experience was positive, almost effortless, and we were comfortable with the process thanks to her help. We highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Lisa Marino on real estate transactions intermittently during the past 20 years -- first when needing someone to evaluate, list, and rent an investment property I owned, then as an adviser when my partner and I split up and we needed professional help with fair evaluation and division of our several pieces of real estate, and most recently as my personal buyer's agent when searching for my own new home. The personal qualifications which keep me returning to Lisa Marino for all issues concerning real estate are her honesty, integrity, knowledge, speedy response time, and good humor. Shopping for, buying, and selling real estate is a headache under any circumstance, but can turn into a nightmare without a knowledgeable yet calm professional. Lisa knows her stuff, knows when to move and when to wait, and most importantly, enjoys her work. You can't go wrong with this woman.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa and I met when she was recommended to me from another professional.. I had a piece of property I wanted to sell but the economy made that difficult. Lisa worked several different avenues to get it sold. Her communications, honesty, and work ethic were more then I could have hoped for. She was one person I was glad to pay a commission to as I felt she earned it. If you are looking for an ethical and hard working real estate professional, you would be doing yourself a disservice not to use her talents.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe purchased our home from Lisa back in 2002. Her knowledge of the area was exceptional. Her time on the town planning board really served her well. She is an excellent negotiator and knew the process inside and out. We still call Lisa for all our real estate needs. I highly recommend her. She is just the best.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had a house built while I was living on the west coast. Our realtor Lisa Marino made sure everything was done right down to the smallest detail. She was always accessible and responded to all of my phone calls, which were many. She photographed the house in many different stages of construction and sent me the pictures. Lisa worked well and closely with the builder and just made the whole process as easy as can be.I have moved many times and worked with many realtors. Lisa is truly the very best realtor I have ever worked with.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa found me the perfect house within my price limit. Everytime I was interested in looking at a property she had a showing scheduled very promptly. We looked at alot of listings and she deffinately steered me in the right direction. The process of purchasing was very smooth and quick. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I will deffinately be using Lisa when I plan to buy/sell in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa sold a house for me and also helped me buy a house! She was awesome! I was impressed with her and her knowledge, and how she was so caring, with everything that I was going through. She was just the best, and I would recommend her to anyone!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time homebuyer I was very inexperienced with the workings of real estate; the home we wanted to buy was contingent upon a "same day sale". Lisa went on to find out all she could about "same day sales" She helped us find lenders that were willing to do such sales.. Her real estate expertise and knowledge proved to be invaluable when she knew more than the two real estate attorney's that were supposed to help us. If I became anxious with the process she was there to calm my nerves and always had time to explain things to me. If I were ever to buy a home again I would want Lisa there by my side.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa Found me exactly what I was looking for within a week and we closed on it within a month to two months. Easy to work with, listened, lead me through the process and advised me on what to expect next.I have already referred her to friends and colleagues.
