Review I am a single mom of 3 from a not great situation. Lisa has been beyond amazing to work with! I found the house I wanted contacted her and she made sure I say it same day and put in a bid. She was aggressive to make sure I secured the house within a day. I would trust my life with Lisa. Not only was she amazing she formulated a great team from the inspector to real estate lawyer. The process of buying a house I have heard can be daunting, however, I would not know because Lisa made is go so smoothly!

Review Lisa was great, she promptly set up walk throughs on each place I was considering. She has a thorough knowledge of the home buying procedure. Lisa helped draw my attention to the details of each property that I may have overlooked on my own. Lisa is knowledgeable in construction and repairs which was a huge plus. As an engineer, I naturally had many requirements on everything from the property location, to the home configuration and features, etc, Lisa was very patient with my requirements. I will not contact anyone other than Lisa for future purchases or listings.

Review I had read good reviews about Lisa Lustro on line so I caller her to set up an appointment. Our brother had passed away and we had the task of clearing out his house and selling it. We just wanted a consultation to see what we were up against. Lisa was awesome. Not only did she give us honest straightforward info and even though we hadn't started the process of clearing the house she suggested we list the house immediately. We went to her office to do the paperwork at 2:30, she went and took pictures of the outside of the house, put up the sign and listed it on line. I received a call from her about 7:30 that evening and she had a cash offer for the house. By 10:00 that same evening we accepted the offer....house sold in less than 24 hours! If it wasn't for Lisa's expertise in her market we would still be cleaning out the house at our leisure. Instead, we closed in three weeks and the check for the house is in the bank. Thank you Lisa! Words cannot begin to express our gratitude for you help and guidance. And the real estate lawyer you hooked us up with was great too!

When we finally found the perfect home she worked very fast to make sure we would land it at the price I wanted. Review I truely believe I'd still be fighting with CHASE today and getting nowhere fast if I hadn't contacted Lisa as soon as I knew what I needed to do. She's extremely professional and got the facts she need from me on the first call to her.
