We didn't know anyone in AZ and although we tried to do as much research as possible, you don't really know neighborhoods and towns unless you've lived in them or al least visited. Lisa listened to what we were looking for and really got to know us over the phone. We flew in for a few days to look for a house and she had houses lined up to show us. Not just any houses, but houses that were just right for us. It was a stressful few days for us because we knew we had to find something and houses were flying off the market. BUT... we got our dream house- thanks to Lisa. Lisa is so knowledgeable about so many things! She even recommended a great painter for after we moved in. My favorite thing about Lisa is her communication. She was always keeping us updated, stayed on top of everything and everyone, and is super organized. ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a very particular house. Being from California, I wanted a front lawn, had to have a swimming pool, and I needed 3 bedrooms. A bedroom for me, one for my granddaughters when they came to visit from California and I wanted a third that I could put a bed and a desk in and make it a combination guest room and home office. Poor Lisa patiently showed me house after house until I became afraid that she was going to tell me to take a hike! but she didn't, she called me and told me that she had found the perfect house for me. I met her at the address, we walked in, I looked out the back of the house, which is all glass, saw the back lawn, the pool with the slide. I was standing in a great room with hard wood floors, looked to the right at a huge open kitchen, turned around and saw the french doors going into the office, looked at Lisa and said " I'm done!"
