ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an absolutely incredible experience working with Lisa, who we met unexpectedly while driving by a property that we were interested in. She immediately offered assistance with our real estate needs...and that chance meeting was a godsend! Lisa was prompt, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator, and within days we had made an offer on a home that we love. Lisa was there every step of the way...through negotiations, inspections, repairs, closing, and so much more. We are so thankful to have had Lisa represent us and our entire home buying experience was smooth and hassle-free because of her! We highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was very professional and responded to our questions promptly. She helped get us to the closing on terms and pricing that we wanted to settle at. We had a budget and came in under budget and purchased exactly the home we wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa has helped me buy my first home. Because this be in my first home, I didn't know much about the real estate market or how to do anything. I put all of trust in her and she delivered!!! Lisa will let you know what to look out for when your looking at houses and will give you some advice. She is willing to go the extra mile and makes sure the transition in buying a house goes smoothly. I am so glad to have her as my realtor, she is the BEST!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Lisa Lantrip. As out of state buyers, she went above and beyond answering our questions and looking out for our interests. She indeed was a good advocate for us. As I said, being from Indiana we had no knowledge of the area. We would ask for suggestions on mortgage, title, and inspection agencies and she quickly set things up for us which kept us from having to make extra trips to Florida. She is very personable and knowledgeable. We loved working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Any one can sell a house and even get a great deal. Lisa however is a different. We had our 1st buyer and our HOA denied the sale for a work Van. The next day we had another offer. The 2nd Buyers had financing issues. The same day that one fell through (aEURoeI know right 2 buyers this sucks 2020aEUR?) she had another offer The next day. My wife and I couldnt believe it and yes these buyers were the final one. Problems occur, things happen But LisaLovesClosing Gets the job done. If you want a person who is average good or even great look elsewhere They dont come close to how excellent this woman is! Wanna know the exciting thing, She just scratching the surface of whats ahead. I work with a ton of excellent sales people. Lisa is just cut from a different cloth. See for yourselves if you dont believe me. Your welcome in advance!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I've meet many Realtors and I must say that the best two ever resides with remax. Lisa Lantrip is one of those realtors who goes above and beyond everything that's asked of her. She is for her client like a loving mother is for her child. Very friendly, easy to talk to, always available, keeps her client informed, and fierce at the negotiation table. I'm so lucky to have met her, and her son. Not only have I gained a great realtor, but I've gained a friend for life. Thank you Lisa Lantrip for my home. Me and my wife were very undecided about alot of things but you were always patient and understanding with us.

ZillowVERIFIED Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsible, she listens to her clients and she guides while respecting the client's desires and ideas. Lisa is fun to work with, she works hard and manages to make it seem easy. I could write all day long and I will not run out of adjectives. I am ready to close on the fourth house this year and Lisa and I had done tremendously, not only picking the best in the market but also negotiating the prices, all that in a seller's market. I do recommend Lisa for your Real Estate needs, you will not be sorry!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is an amazing person who went above and beyond to help us with the sale of my parents home which was mostly being done remotely which was difficult. Lisa offered her assistance with moving things and selling things without even being asked and always did it with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She was caring and thoughtful like a friend rather than or realtor. I would give her more than 5 stars if possible and highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable and kept us up to date throughout the process and sometimes just checked in to see how we were doing knowing that my Dad had dementia. We we're blessed to have her working for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa worked with my 22 year old son to purchase his first home. She was amazing and patient. She never acted like a smaller dollar amount of a home sale was an issue to her. She always made sure she was there for my son! I cant thank her enough for her knowledge and professionalism! She was amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa did a great job in selling our condo. We were out of state owners and she did an outstanding job of marketing and communicating all information about potential buyers. Additionally, she sold the condo for more than the asking price and in three days!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was an exceptional real estate agent . She returned calls promptly and answered all our questions completely. She took the time even on weekends to correspond to us. We asked to view the property a few different times and she arranged the showing quickly to work with our schedule. If I were to purchase another property or sell a property I would call Lisa to work with us. Lisa is very professional and an asset to Tropical Realty. Harry and Geraldine McGray
