ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is a true professional and I highly recommend her for any assistance to buy or sell. I reached out to Lisa 2 months prior to my listing my home for sale. She gave her best guess at that time on the price I could list my home and gave excellent suggestions on how to improve and ready my home for sale. Her suggestion to improve my home cost me $3,000 but netted me an extra $12,000 in the sale price. Thanks to Lisa's excellent support and expertise, we had 14 showings within the first week of listing. Then we had multiple offers with most of these above asking price. All this in 8 short days from the date of listing to the start of escrow. Lisa explained the process well and followed up daily to give me updates on the sale. these crazy times of the coronavirus impacted the process and slowed it a bit. I was one lucky person to successfully close during these times. It is all thanks to Lisa and I would definite reach out to her again next time I buy or sell.
