Lisa spent a couple of months showing us the areas, and probably a dozen or more houses. We finally got clear on what we wanted and made an offer. Sadly, we were not successful. It became clear that what we wanted and what we could afford werent quite aligned, so we decided to continue renting for a while. A while turned into 3-years, but Lisa stayed in touch the entire time, enquiring about the children, how we were doing during covid, etc. She never pushed us to get back in the market. This year, after 2 years of suffering aEURoeCovidaEUR? with 2 children in an apartment with no garden, we decided to start looking again. Lisa was more than happy to help us, and we were met with the same relaxed, funny and completely honest Lisa we had worked with 5 years ago. We saw half a dozen houses, made an offer and got accepted. We have now closed on our new home in Berkeley Heights and couldnt be happier. During the process Lisa was there every step of the way. She is still in touch with us almost every day making sure that we have met people in the community, that we have someone to help us with landscaping, turning the sprinklers on, collecting trash, etc. It is truly the full end-to-end service when working with Lisa to buy your home. ZillowVERIFIED Lisa Kulback is at the top of her game. In our first meeting, she found out I was in marketing and quizzed me on the latest tactics she might use to improve her business. This kind of curiosity is why she's so successful. She knew we were interested in moving quickly to take advantage of the current housing market dynamics in and around the NYC metro area. Accordingly, she pushed us every step of the way. Admitedly, I was stubborn about keeping the colors of the interior we had grown accustomed to, but Lisa insisted we had to paint the interior in white and muted greys. That one was difficult, but when we saw the photos on Zillow, I knew she was right. The white walls against the newly re-finished hardwood floors made the interior look bright and beautiful. Lisa's one of the top realtors - if not THE top - in Berkeley Heights and surrounding towns. This played a huge role in our open house. She pulled in 24 families; and that was on the Sunday of the 20" snowstorm. The next week we had an offer in hand and it was over the asking price. But that's not the end of where Lisa's expertise helped make the process easier. The miriad details of prepping for the closing can become all-consuming. Lisa kept us on track with the various documents, inspections, repair schedules, etc. Her years of experience and her professional approach made this process easier and more successful from start to finish.

Sellers' beware. She is not interested in getting the most she can for your home. She just wants to flip it as quickly as possible so she can brag about it. She was inappropriate 100% of the time.
