Works against you, not for you. Gives away your property and takes credit for selling it. Admits hating her job. Clueless about inventory she is supposed to be selling. The list goes on, infinitely. Disgusted
This was a short sale. The seller spent 6 years in the home without paying the mortgage which he was able to afford. He did not want to leave the house. We were able to get his $350,000 debt forgiven and the buyer actually let him store his belongings in the house for 6 months until they were settled in their new rental. Some people are NEVER happy! We were VERY professional and caring during this very difficult process. I am actually surprised we received a negative review.

I would highly recommend Lisa Yeager to anyone who is selling a house. Not only was she spot -on with the selling price, she went the extra yard to help us with issues we had with our property lines and personally dealt with our neighbors on our behalf. She provided us with a closing attorney, a contractor and moving company, which helped make the ordeal of moving a lot easier. Lisa is caring and good person and we highly recommend her! ZillowVERIFIEDHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! Lisa wasn't my real estate agent but the sellers agent I purchased my house from. I emailed Lisa with concern that my mortgage broker had not returned my phone call in over a week just so she had a heads up for why we weren't ready to close. she simply responded with "I'm on it" and the next day I had received a call from my mortgage broker saying the file was officially approved and we would be ready to choose a closing date after the weekend. Lisa is a fierce agent!

ZillowVERIFIED EDIT: I was asked about my credit and gave my credit score. Lisa literally shrieked "UGH!" and then yelled "WHY IS YOUR CREDIT SCORE SO LOW?". I was then asked about my room-mate's credit, which is when I said "Never mind, thanks." and hung up because I was very much caught off guard by the lack of professionalism and did not wish to speak to her after that. I understand that some land-lords require a certain score, and that could've been politely explained that to me. But instead, I was treated according to her personal judgments about someone with low credit. Not to mention, from the moment she picked up the phone she shouted "LISA JAEGER". No hello or anything. She then sounded extremely annoyed and shouted her name at me again when I didn't respond right away (I thought I had reached a voicemail at first). I walked away from this conversation feeling as if I did something wrong, for daring to inquiring about an apartment with a lower credit score.Lisa Jaeger was extremely rude and unpleasant from the second she picked up the phone. I spoke with her in regards to a property she listed for rent. She literally screamed when I told her my credit score (it is a little under 600) and then bellowed "Why is your credit score so low?!". I would not recommend this broker to my worst enemy.

This sale was part of a relocation and Lisa did a great job of working with my relocation company which is something that many agents will not do. Lisa had a lot of valuable input and insights that helped us prepare to list. Lisa was always present for every showing, and there were a lot of showings. She did a great job of marketing the house and driving a lot of potential buyers to our home. We had our first offer in 10 days. By day 14, we had 5 offers. We were dealing with very tough sellers but Lisa fought tooth and nail for us to ensure we were getting the best deal given the market value of the house. I had been working with Lisa for a year prior. At the time we started looking we really knew nothing about buying a home. And at first, we were unsure if we were ready to buy. Lisa was not like other agents just trying to sell a quick house. She pointed out some things we should stay clear of, like high tension wires, or a bad neighborhood etc. And had it not been for her, we might have wound up somewhere that was not ideal for us. We over time built a good working relationship with her and consider her now a family friend. She is down to earth, easy to work with, but will fight for her buyers to ensure that they are not being taken advantage of. Our process was long...much longer than normal (8 months to close) to buy our home due to the bank and very hard sellers to negotiate with, but she stuck by us to the very end and I am very thankful to have had her in my corner going to bat for my husband and I. We now have a lovely, comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood which is everything we wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED I was told to call Lisa Jaeger for a year and a half before I finally was so disgusted with the lack of momentum and drive from other realtors. I am fully aware that the real estate and housing industry has taken a hit. What I couldn't understand is the lack of motivation from several reputable companies during this economic crisis. A good Realtor, makes the buyer/seller feel confident that your "deal" is important...even if they aren't making the profit margin like ten years ago, they are supposed to be aggressive and knowledgeable enough to do their job in ANY economy.Lisa Jaeger is the type of business woman that you meet once and makes an extraordinary impression on you. Did I mention I'm not that easy to please ? Well..I'm not. My bar is raised what some may say is too high. I disagree but if someone impresses me it deserves the time to write and email, refer to friends and fellow business people. There should be more people that have the same passion to succeed and sincere compassion with their clients as Lisa Jaeger. ...my house and property have not sold YET. Im certain it will take time but I finally feel I will be listed with an agent that will try to sell it.
