Lisa was very knowledgeable and experienced and was pretty much in tune with the whole process. She was able to get my home sold quickly and for the right price. She worked well with the process and kept me in the loop along the way. She created a plan with dates for me letting me know when different items were taking place and when the deadlines were. She gave me plenty of notice when the house needed to be shown. She was able to answer all my questions in a concise and understandable manner. She was on top of the process every step of the way and worked for my best interest. It was a pleasure working with Lisa. I would definitely recommend her to my colleagues and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Lisa through the internet while searching for homes in the Fort Myers, Florida area. My husbands job was promoting him and this required us to move from NY to unknown territory in Fl. When I contacted Lisa, I had a very specific timeframe to fly to Florida and look for a home. Lisa researched my homes of interest and also made some recommendations based on the features I was looking for in a home. We first met in person at her office in a conference room and Lisa showed me a map of the area on a big screen, provided me with a paper map, and all the printed details of the prospective homes of interest. I had 6 days to dedicate to my search and Lisa was dedicated along with me to every day to achieve my goal. She was informative, professional, and made me feel like I was the only client of importance to her while she was with me. By weeks end, I found a home that would meet all our needs and an offer was placed. After a few negotiations, in which time Lisa demonstrated confidence and advocation at our request, our offer was accepted. From that time until the closing, Lisa remained involved every step of the way to include being present for the inspection, sending contact information for all the utility companies, insurance companies, and other services necessary to start up our home. I would recommend Lisa to everyone and actually referred her to our close friends who met with her already. I am so pleased and grateful to have found Lisa to accomplish my home seeking goal. I NEVER once felt that someone else could have done a better job.
